As a mother, of a son, who is lactose intolerant, this is the perfect milk choice! Kid approved!  Doesn't hurt his belly and he's able to enjoy his favorite cereal! 

Ever since I was like chosen tolerant we've useless milk and it's been fine. I prefer to drink almond milk but if we have to drink milk it would be less milk

My family loves milk in our cereal and coffee but we're lactose intolerant. Thanks to lactaid we can still enjoy these things! I've been drinking lactaid for around 6 years and highly recommend it.

It does the job - I don't get an upset stomach from this. However, there's definitely a different taste to it. Some people are bothered by it, but I personally didn't notice until I tried a different brand of lactose free milk

Switching to this from regular milk made all my digestive problems go away. Tastes the same as regular milk. The price is definitely more expensive than normal milk but it is worth it.

I so appreciate this being available as I love hot chocolate and when I use regular milk and when I use this I am fine. Highly recommend for folks with lactose sensitivity.

My husband can't have regular milk, so we use Lactaid. I was worried it would taste different but it's exactly the same! Love it! Plus it lasts longer so we don't worry about it going bad as fast!

Good for those that are lactose intolerant, but the low fat one sometimes feels a bit too watered down. I prefer this brand mixed in with a more rich flavored cereal, but not too interested in drinking it on its own.

Great for my stomach doesn't get me bloated and and I don't have Tummy aches . I would get these when I was pregnant with my daughter. It's kind of expensive but I will recommend for someone that's lactose intolerant

I really like this note because I am lactose intolerant. It does not taste differently from other milks. I am able to use it for baking with no issues.
