I've had this kayak for a while now and I love the holes for my fishing poles. I like that it's wider then other kayaks. Lifetime warranty is amazing!!! I had one of the hatches blow off and I called them and another one was sent out. The design on the hatches are improved now so you can't loose the hatch lid.

I purchased one a year and a half ago and another two months ago so wife and I would have our own. I find it is more stable than other kayaks I have used. The only issue with them is that the pins that hold down the seat pan work through the rubber and foam seat rather quickly. I am replacing the older one's seat with strap down seats that have thicker seat pans and back support.

Can't beat the Kayak for the price, been using it for a couple months now and I have been happy with it. I had a small seat clip fall off, But nothing that would keep me from being able to use the kayak. I emailed them and talked to a man named shawn, he was really nice and helped me figure out what the part was called and had them shipped out to me free of cost in just a couple days. I would give there Customer Service a 5 out of 5, Thank you Shawn for your help.

I am still learning how to get into it (I am 67 years young and not as limber as I used to be). I think I have it figured out now. Plans are to paddle about 1/2 hour to my fishing hole, catch the big ones and paddle a half hour back. Seems to be the perfect rig. Yes, I will have a line in the water with a crawler to & from my hot spot.

I was inquiring about hatch baskets for my Lifetime Tamarack 100 because I wanted to keep my belongings together while inside the hull. I was going to place an order for 2 of them and unexpectedly received a order confirmation email for 2 baskets. A second email came through stating that they were sent as a courtesy!!! I can’t review the functionality as of yet, but the product on first impression is awesome. There was some damage but the customer service is second to none!! They resolved all my issues and I am sure to be reeling fish in from this kayak I. The near future!!

I bought this kayak in late summer last year. After having it out in various ponds lakes and rivers I must say, this is A solid "sit-on" kayak! Its features are utilitarian and very well placed and functional. (I have another identical LIFETIME kayak that I ended up adding all of the same fishing pole features to...) Also, I feel it's relevant to mention, both times I have called Lifetime for parts (crushed stern carry handle & scupper plugs) they have immediately sent me the products free of charge!

I love my Lifetime Tamarack fishing kayak that I took to Baja in April and used to catch fish for dinner many times. When I got home I lost the rod holder attachment. I emailed Lifetime and a replacement just arrived. Thank you so much, I'm returning to Baja with my kayak in two and a half months ready to continue fishing!

Live on a small river and never thought I’d care for a kayak but one experience and I was sold. Kayaks arrived in ten days by truck in perfect shape. Good quality materials, well thought-out design, very impressed for the price. Not equal to a $1000 fishing model obviously but perfect for our situation. Stable, handle great. My 70 plus wife and 11 year old grandson also LOVE them! The color (ie: not goofy or bright neon) was a real plus for me.
