For the price these are great, my son and I took them out this weekend and had no issues to include using them to fish. The only downfall is they do weigh 52lbs each.

Can't beat the Kayak for the price, been using it for a couple months now and I have been happy with it. I had a small seat clip fall off, But nothing that would keep me from being able to use the kayak. I emailed them and talked to a man named shawn, he was really nice and helped me figure out what the part was called and had them shipped out to me free of cost in just a couple days. I would give there Customer Service a 5 out of 5, Thank you Shawn for your help.

This is an excellent entry level fishing kayak. It has everything you need to get on the water and catch fish. More importantly the customer service team exceeded all my expectations. My kayak was not equipped with the internal hatch bucket that is now included in newer models. Contacted the customer service team to inquire about purchasing the item. Without hesitation my customer service rep (Richard) stated he would send out the requested item without charge. That was more than generous and not expected. Five Star Rating for customer service.

I can’t review the functionality as of yet, but the product on first impression is awesome. There was some damage but the customer service is second to none!! They resolved all my issues and I am sure to be reeling fish in from this kayak I. The near future!!

I discovered the 2020 model of the Lifetime Tamarack came with a bucket for the front hatch which would be a great addition to my 2019 model. I contacted the lifetime customer service site and the rep was extremely helpful in getting one sent to me...at no cost.

Own a Lifetime Table and now a Kayak. They are both well made at really good price. Highly recommend Lifetime Products. Had the need contact Customer Service for assistance, they were responsive and very helpful. I broke a part completely my fault and they replaced it no questions asked.... Thank you Lifetime Service. You folks ever design a pedal Kayak and need a tester I am in!!!

I bought a Tamarack Angler a few weeks ago on line. After seeing other brands, I'm glad I did. The quality is excellent. When I got it, the shipper had lost the certificate and rod holder. When I called Lifetime, Skyler in cust service thanked me and made sure I got both items.

This seems to be a great kayak! Lots of storage, strap cords and handles seem higher quality, paddle is nice. Mine came without the rod holder that was suppose to he included, one email is all it took to get one sent to me with tracking info. Seems like a great company as well. Highly recommend.

I bought three of these this summer and have mot had a chance to use them yet but am hanging them up in a hunting lodge and noticed missing and damaged parts at the bow of the kayak. I emailed lifetime and they immediatey shipped the parts at no expense to me. I was very impressed with the customer service and just sent them a picture if the broken and kissing parts and the next thing I knew I recieved an email with order and then then another with shipping confirmation. Great company. Would not hesitate to call ir our hase from them again!! Cant wait to use them this summer
