Not sure if the 2 pounds includes the packaging, but I only got 2.6 pounds after browning.

Good quality, ground turkey beef

The price on this is great. It’s really good! I make patties with onion and seasoning to freeze. Then pop in the air fryer for 6 min on each side and it’s an easy healthy meal.

Instead of using hamburger, I substitute this Jennie O ground turkey for making my spaghetti sauce, stuffed peppers, Sloppy Joe’s, meatloaf, etc. Each package contains 4 lbs. I usually split each pack in half, making a qty of two 1.5 lbs. and one 1 lb. Then I vacuum seal and freeze for later.

Great product, great price. Use it for a lot of dinner recipes. Also extra protein for the dog.
