Wonderful for a healthy diet . We use in place of ground beef in alot of recipes. Good texture and mild flavor.

Meat was going bad before expiration date, the day I picked up order in the store. Unfortunately I did not notice it til I got home. Was not going to pay for another trip with Uber, so I just threw the meat out.
