Following the recommended heating, these turn out moist, meaty and delicious. The sauce is exceptional, if a little sweet.

These ribs were tasty BUT they were also a little tough. If I buy again, I may cook at a lower temp for longer period to try an tenderize.

These ribs are very good although try raise the price. Withh the price increase, not sure of they're worth the extra $$$
