cooked these per the oven instructions and they are VERY tough

tough

Would not feed them to the dogs, just the trash compactor. Junk pork!

THE WOORST TASTING RIBS

Did not like these at all. First of all I thought I was buying raw meat. Surprised that it was cooked and with a sauce! Didn’t like the taste. Bought 2 slabs so I didn’t wast to just throw it out. Gave it to a neighbor who loved it and who will buy it again.

Not WHAT I EXPECTED

I remove most of the sauce, completely wrap it in aluminum foil and cook it at 365 for 45 min. The juiciest fall off the bone ribs with amazing flavor.... every time. We eat them once a week.

Fall of the bone rips...if you cook them my way
