don’t buy

Cooked just like the instructions and they were not good. They were very tough and were NOT fall off the bone tender

These were awful. They were tough and didn't taste very good. You're better off making your own in an instapot.

they are really good.

my wife and i tried these ribs and fell in love. she usually does not bbq ribs but she loves these. i have them at least once a week. just wish we knew who makes them/

Very lean. NO moist fat... None

If you like very lean meat you will like this.I like a bit of fat and found these not my style at all.I would recommend only cause most folks supposedly like lean.
