Quick set-up and works great. I was just looking for a decent quality laptop to shop and pay bills. This one gave me a bit more as it operates like a tablet as well. I am very pleased in the 2 weeks I have had it.

Great laptop for the price. Fast processing and it is not bloated with preloaded software. It does have some HP software but it's the typical stuff. I love how easy it becomes a tablet. I can do so much at once and there is no lagging. I wish the sound was loader but that's not a deal breaker.

I had bought a laptop before this one at anoher major retailer and took it back the next day because it would NOT go out of windows S mode - the "safe" vesion of windows that these new laptops are coming with. Wated 2.5 hours and could nt get it to go to the regular windows OS Anyway, I took a chance on this one, paid a little more than the other. To my pleasant surprise it came without being put in the s mode - it had the regular windows 11. Its fast and backlit keyboard is slick. I would have like to have 12gb ram but so far it seems good.

In general, I'm a fan of HP products and this laptop is just what I expected. It does seem to be a little slower then my old HP, barely noticeable, but I noticed the difference. Other then that I have no complaints at all, ad am pleased with my purchase. Definitely a good value for the money spent.

The front of the laptop by the touch pad is so thin, it constantly presses the left click with the slightest movement of the computer. This is beyond annoying and makes it impossible to use unless you have it on a desk. The internal performance and specs are awesome, but unable to use with this flaw. Waiting on HP to send me a box to ship it to them for "repair". Not sure what they can do with the poor construction? I will be out of a computer while waiting for this "repair". I regret my purchase.

Another HP laptop with many good features. I was hesitant because the HP laptop I bought 3 years ago died just after the warranty expired. I didn't want another HP, but this had what I wanted and the price was better than the others with same. The battery life is good, I regularly need it for 2 hours with the screen and keyboard lit and then it will be at about 70%. I wish it had more ram and a SD reader (not just the micro SD). but I will get along. If this one lasts longer, I might mark it up to five.

I bought this x360 because I thought it would be a good ideal. I had only folded back the computer about 5 or 6 times when the hinge on the right side. I had to send it back to HP. They told me it would be repaired in 5 days, however I did not get it back for almost a month. Now in just over a year the same hinge has broken again and I have NEVER folded it back since I got it back. NEVER again!!!!!!!!! Terrible choice!!!

There is terrible feedback when sound device is plugged into the "headphone jack" and the computer is supposed to be quiet.

The pc is light and has a reasonably fast cpu. The wife loves it but windows 11 is a bit of a pain since it is new to us. I wish it had a couple of mouse buttons instead of tapping on the mouse pad.

System feel a bit cheap, but it was. Not user friendly to add Ram like my old HP 840 g3 was. System is fast and doesn't have a lot of bloatware installed. I also dual booted this system to Linux and it worked well. Some items needed tweaking to get to work. I like it much more with the 32gb ram chip I install.
