I love this laptop. The BIG deal is SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPortTM 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge). That means you can add a ton of extra monitors and peripherals to this computer via USB C hub. This magic port is impossible to find in lower cost computers. ALL USB C PORTS are not created equal. If you want to run an extra monitor or USB C hub, you need this type of C port. As for the rest of the computer, it has fingerprint security, a great size 512G SSD drive, as well as touch screen. Well worth the $$$.

HP Pavilion 360 is still being assessed. However, first thing you'll need to do is obtain a USB-C type hub to allow you access to other 'normal' PC functionality such as video/photo cards or additional USB ports. This one did not have many at the onset. Also, it does not have a DVD/CD Disc re-write option. This you can pick up on the side (while you're buying your USB-C hub!) Picture quality is superb and speed is truly amazing after coming off of the Hard Disc this Solic State Disc was a must. Super fast and much of it is all 'plug & play'.

This was everything I expected and more. It serves the purpose of a laptop, but also allows the freedom of a tablet when needed. The picture is crystal clear, it’s fast. The only downfall was not coming with any type of offer for Microsoft office. I ended up buying it separately.

Really like the tablet works as expected. Am having one problem. HP says my warranty has expired. I am supposed to have a 2yr warranty. Have tried contacting them about this, but can not figure out how to contact a person and every link they send me to is unhelpful.

I love it I use it for my work and school work

I was excited for this purchase but was let down. I've only had it 3 weeks and its already broken. The screen blacked out and never turned back on. Now I have to wait for manufacturer warranty...ugh!!

After much back and forth to actually get my laptop it is working great. There were a couple of glitches with the screen to start but there were hardware updates needed which resolved them. Overall great laptop; looking forward to taking advantage of all its features.

So far I can very pleased with the laptop. Build is sturdy and with the minimal bezel size the viewing screen is excellent. I was concerned that 8GB of RAM would not be enough for multitasking but it seems very responsive and handles multiple applications at once without lagging performance. Feature rich options and with the 2 year care pack included it was an outstanding purchase.

Great purchasing experience. No issues. Love the laptop. It’s the 2nd we’ve purchased. Works great, speedy processor and vivid graphics.

Worked for 10 days and went to black screen. Unable to fix. Able to return for a refund. Made the move to Apple and I couldn’t be happier.
