I bought this as a pickup order on a very hot day. While driving about 7 minutes to get home, the ice cream was in a cool, air-conditioned vehicle. However, it was starting to get soft around the edge, so we decided to eat some before putting it in the freezer. Right away, I could tell the texture was not right. It was not smooth. It had ice crystals in it, which is what you usually see in ice cream when it has been thawed and re-frozen. It had not been in my freezer, so I know it was from the softness around the edges that happened on the way home. Even the soft edges had a gritty texture, and the flavor was also definitely affected. It tasted like vanilla flavored ice. If it had not been thawed and re-frozen at some point, then this ice cream is the furthest thing from being "smooth" that the description says. People need to stop putting things from the frozen section in their cart, carrying them all over the store, and then putting them back.

My absolute favorite ice cream. Keeping trying others and come back to this classic. The taste is just so creamy and delicious!

We do not like the new formulation. It is less creamy, more like ice milk. The ingredient list has changed too much. Bring back cream in the product.

Not rich or creamy at all. As it melts, it is a very thin liquid. This is inexpensive and will feed a lot of people but don’t think your getting a high quality ice cream.

It's an okay ice cream, nothing like Prairie Farms though, so if you're expecting that kind of taste, you'll be disappointed. Leaves an aftertaste in my mouth, too much artificial flavoring.

First and last time I tried it since you changed your formula and bucket. It was so soft that I thought my freezer must be going out. Grabed the thermometer and put it in the freezer.... still 0 degrees. Freezer good....ice cream bad!
