I previously had cable, so I wasn't prepared for all the features and how to use them. But now I'm getting used to it and it seems to be working just fine. The only complaint I have is the sound which is terrible! So I had to purchase a sound bar to go with it. Sound bar is not great, but better than without. Otherwise no problem.

Finally did it & I am so happy I did . Perfect size, great picture! Set up was so easy. Love watching movies on the bigger screen & the picture is amazing & what a difference in the colors . I love watching movies & this tv just makes the experience that much better. Planning on adding a sound bar to enhance the experience even more.

Was simple to set up and install, plus it was already loaded with the latest software, so no update needed to be installed after checking during the initial setup. The picture is great and the sound is being routed to a Samsung soundbar via HDMI-eARC, all of which was very easy to setup including all of the applications that we use for streaming which we started using right away. Was a little worried that it may be a little too big for our bedroom but the size was perfect for the entertainment armoire that we have there. Got it at BJ's with the included 3 year warranty extension at no extra cost, so now this set is covered completely for the first 5 years that we own it. I have to say that I have been extremely happy with all of my Samsung purchases (there have been a lot!) and will continue to do so as long as they keep making products that I want or need. Great job Samsung!

I bought this TV just over a month ago. Still having fun figuring all the functions. Great picture and color when you get a good HD signal. Volume control on the remote should be a little more user friendly. So far I am extremely happy with my purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This television was easy to set up. I connected it in no time to my Echo. Was able to connect the universal remote (which took a little bit of learning as it has so few buttons) to my cable box with the easy on-screen instructions. Best of all, I was able to download all the apps I needed for my streaming services without the addition of any additional equipment. Some other brands have interfaces that prevent me from downloading certain apps. Picture is great and with the addition of some external audio, this television will make a perfect entertainment center for our family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried to find answers for removing/adding apps and cannot find it anywhere…..So, I keep my Roku box so i can stream music. It will not let my remove or move the disney+ app at all. I have tried to find a charging cord to have on had in case of emergency and it is listed no where. Where does one get help??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Samsung tv is mostly on most of the day. If it isn't the kids watching it's a family member. It is mostly used for streaming and watching sports, news, etc. The screen quality is great, the pictures are seen clearly and very colorful. The only complaint is the menu function is a bit confusing but you eventually get a hang of it and if you try to use the internet it is slow other than that the TV works great we have not had any issues.

All my life I had gotten cheap LED tvs thinking that even if i did spend the money for a nicer picture i wouldn't notice (boy was i wrong) Being able to see in dark environments in movies and the clarity of the picture is picture perfect. All in all I have used samsung products all my life and will continue using them because of the quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's great for watching movies and playing games, it's game mode is pretty good and will turn on automatically when it detects an input with a gaming console connected to it. Sound is decent but could be better, the UI is a little slow at times and if you use the smart things remote with the tv it can cause a glitch where you can't navigate the settings anymore so you have to factory reset the TV by calling customer service. Overall great TV but could have been better given the price
