[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is great to watch movies on and has an easy to use software. The remote is a bit sensitive at times but for the most part it works great. Using smart things app is really nice and easy incase you end up losing the remote.

I have 4 Samsungs and 3 of the 4 work flawlessly. The 43” Samsung is more of a nuisance than it is worth. When it is working properly, it is wonderful, but when it decides to go off on its own, it makes me pull every hair on my head. About 2 months ago it decided to NOT connect to my Acorn tv subscription that worked last year on this TV. It seems it did not recognize my subscription. I had to cancel the subscription through another source and start one on Samsung at a higher price than I was paying, THEN today it would NOT connect to Acorn TV. This is just one of the many little things I have to go through in order to see my regular subscriptions. These may not be earth shattering things, but they are a constant annoyance from an appliance that is supposed to bring a certain degree of enjoyment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The latest Samsung Smart TVs are easy to use. Easy to navigate menu options, compatible with an older sound bar, super light for wall hanging. Picture is so rich and vibrant…definitely the focal point in our great room. Went with the 3HDMI option to leave future additions a possibility. If you're into streaming movies from Netflix, etc the remote is so user friendly. Watching TV and surfing the endless possibilities (with the included Samsung TV plus channels) is a job not to be taken lightly. Impressive. Pleased. Delighted. Amazed.

Content access has been intuitive and matches our plan to stream entertainment direct rather than through an intermediary. Incorporating a sound bar was easy making the user experience good. I'd recommend this product and have subsequently bought a second smaller TV for another room.

This 43" TV has a mediocre picture quality at best and the sound is like listening through a tin can. I can't say anything positive about it. Can't wait to junk it and replace it with a different brand. My last TV was a Samsung it was a really good TV not this one. By By Samsung!

About the only thing I'm not satisfied with is volume and mute can't be paired with the DISH remote. Have to use the remote that came with TV.
