Whites clouding issues

On paper this TV sounds great and after much research, we bought one. I think we will return it as the white clouding issues are worrisome and annoying. If you touch the screen the colour in that spot changes and remains changed indefinitely. Pressure points from the packaging have left odd white cloud at the edge of the screen ---especially when the image is dark. It is frustrating and annoying and there seems to be no fixing it. So unfortunately I cannot recommend this TV

Disapointed.

65inch model not sure how quality control is when they are built. my unit i received back near december of last year 2021. colors and picture are great when some light is around. when in the dark i noticed two perfectly separated white clouds at the bottom that have become an obvious issue at nighttime. i would have returned but its wall mounted i am disabled i had help to get it up. banding is an issue after a few months of use. the clouding at the bottom is unbearable at night. even with the gaming feature is lags and is very choppy. i should have maybe bought a higher end model. you were my boy blue and you let me down.

Crave app is constantly shutting down

I bought two months ago. Crave app is continually crashing. The 4K resolution is seedy sometimes. I have the exact same tv but in a 55” as well. It looks light years better with same content (ie) ps5, Netflix 4K and prime. As well as with the same settings. Was impressed with the 55” version but left kinda bummed about the 65”.

This product is great features

It starts up fast, so there is no stress. Some other manufacturers with higher prices have better picture quality, but for this price, I am satisfied with the quality.

Perfect TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is simply the perfect TV. So much so in fact that I actually get upset just using it! The blacks are so black I often try to turn it back on during darker movies. The hardware is also superior. Even from the back, this TV is built to look at. The pocket for cords and sleek exterior allow for installation very close to the wall. The low profile bezel is also sexy as hell when using it for presentations of videos or just to get Tick Tocked with the fam.

Awesome TV but....

I just got the Q60AA (2021) and would have given it a 5 star rating if I didn't realize that some common applications like Crave do not work on this model. Customer care tried to resolve it remotely but couldn't even find the app listed on the Smart hub. Samsung! Please try to fix this

A pleasant surprise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the TV to watch movies and regular TV shows, as well as streaming services. I was concerned whether I needed OLED in my purchase decision but when I saw the quality of the Samsung QLED picture I was able to make a quick choice! I'm still getting use to the remote but I like the features on it, especially voice commands. I think it is an excellent choice at a reasonable price.

Best TV ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is the best. Remote has fewer buttons which actually makes it easier to use. Streaming apps are perfect - no need to use another streaming device. Picture clarity is perfect and easy to adjust. I've had plasma TVs in the past and compared to them this TV is even better. No jittering watching fast moving shows or sports. Blacks are black. Easy viewing from any angle. Guests have noted that at an oblique angle this TV is better then theirs (another brand). No problems streaming from a home theater. All sound is synched from all streaming apps. You'd swear that watching close ups of actors they're right in your room.

Fantastic features

I purchased this television back in late May and after setting it up I found that I actually love it. The size is great at 65” never owned a tv this large before. The streaming options on this smart tv are pretty awesome. Accessing YouTube, Prime & Disney and Netflix just to name a few is so quick. Picture quality is just what I wanted especially when watching football or hockey.

TV great so far… remote not so much

So far, we love it! Not overly impressed with the remote. It doesn't seem to charge without the charger, which we had to purchase separately!! For the price we paid for the TV , we feel it should have been included! The charge last for a long time, but we have to charge it every time…(with the charger) doesn't seem to work with the solar power. Would have been a 5 rating if not for the remote!
