Perfect picture quality

So far so good. The only thing is the fact certains Apps such as IPTV Smarters are not available. And that's frustrating

Great picture

I replaced my very old Samsung smart tv with this new QLED model hoping for the same experience I have seen at friend's houses and other places. Honestly there wasn't much difference. It was thin, much lighter and a nice remote but if you are not directly in front for viewing it is just not a clear picture. In the past we have looked at Samsung as top of the line but I guess maybe have to re-consider.

Easy setup.  Great picture.  Do not like that standard apps (most we do no5 use) cannot be deleted.  Too many steps to add apps.  And cannot put our favorite apps at the top of the list.
