We purchased this for our church, and it was the best price that i could find for a swingset this size. Looks really nice put together. Kids love it. Took us 2 1/2 days to put together!!! Directions were pretty easy to read with exception of the position of the holes in the boards. When you put boards in each position, make sure u take notice of the position the extra holes in the boards. We had several boards we ended up having to take off and flip over or around to line up for the next step. The directions are a little hard to see the positions of the holes. Other than that was good. The longest part is looking for the screws and bolts and boards for each step. Be sure to go ahead at the beginning and organize each board according to alphabet so u wont have to search for each board!!!

Almost perfect Nearly perfect! Easy (but long) instructions. Did almost everything with one person. Came up short by 3 on one bag of screws, but brass wood screws are easy to find. A few boards were warped but not unusable. It has a great warranty and if I wanted to have BYD replace those parts, they would in an instant. Give yourself 3-4 days if you are doing this by yourself, 2-3 with 2 people. The monkey bars are 7.5 ft off the ground so we are waiting to install them until we have wood chips down. The most important part? The kids love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Started this project Wednesday and placed the last bolt on Friday totalling to about 15 hours. Our Method: The builder The organizer The organizer will need to lay all 4 boxes out (the parts are scattered) and organize them by letters then numbers. The organizer will keep the book and have each step with the parts ready for the builder (this helps by avoiding over looking steps) while the builder is working on that step the organizer will prepare the following step. Once the builder completed that step the organizer will take a quit glance and ensure the step is accurate. (This helps overall accuracy) The builder will download the BILT app on their phone and use that as a secondary instruction manual with step by step and 3D animated instructions. The builder and organizer will continuously be on the same step. This method helps ease the stress. There builder doesn't have to worry about scrambling everywhere looking for parts and the organizer doesn't have to worry about the labor. This splits the work and stress down the middle. Before you know it your done. Note: Be careful with the T-Nuts as they have sharp claw edges. I sliced my finger on one when drilling the bolt into it using my hand as a guide to keep it secure it warped on me, spun and flew off while cutting my finger, ensure you hammer each T-Nut in the hole before applying the bolt with the impact wrench or drill, at times you may want to hammer the T-Nut further into the wood than just flushed, this will help it remain secure when torquing the bolt down. If the T-Nut does catch correctly it will spin against the wood and the T-Nut is warped. Use a ladder when you start the crows nest area, it's much safer and you'll have more room to work. When we decided that we wanted to purchase a playground for our children we didn't know where to begin. When we did finally decide to purchase went with the Skyfort II, our only concern was when the carrier left one of our 5 cases containing our slide somewhere and we didn't get our slide for 4 weeks after the other 4 cases. trying to deal with The retailer we got it from was a nightmare but Backyeard Discovery stepped in and made it happen, Thank you very much. This is an amazing playground thank you Backyard Discovery for building an amazing product.

My grandkids love it,keeps them entertained for hours I'm sure longer when the weather gets nice. If you don't want to run around with a bunch of kids spending a lot of money and extras baggage this is ideal if you can afford it. It's worth it in a couple years. I did have them do install to save fighting and headaches with spouse,and to assure proper essembly for safety.

Instructions were excellent and assembly was time consuming but overall smooth and easy. The play set is awesome, the only part lacking is the swings. They are a bit too close together for safe swinging with 3 swings all in use. We try to leave the middle swing empty. Wish the swing beam was a little longer to spread them out further. The entire playset creaks when the swings are in use which is a little sketchy until you get used to it. Kids are 5 and 2.5 and are really loving the playset.

It did take a lot longer to build than was stated, however, my friend and I had never done a build like this. The app instructions are great, the 3D capabilities were a game changer compared to just black and white paper instructions. My only “issue” is the I have mine raised on blocks to allow for 12” of “filler” (mulch) which was recommended for safety reasons from several different website, however, the ground stakes/anchors are not long enough to accommodate for this. So I had to spend yet a little bit more money to purchase anchors that would work. But at the end of the day, very high quality! The pre drilled holes all aligned perfectly, and well, my kid (and wife) absolutely love it!!!

Overall i must say it is a good value for the price. on the other hand, the saying "you get what you pay for" is some what true with this set. Even though this set is priced lower than other sets looked at, there are some areas where the manufacturer could improve. HARDWARE AND WOOD The hardware is on the skimpy side. Washers were breaking out of the bag, protective coating on hardware comes off. Wood is cracked and bent/bowed, right out of box. DELIVERY The delivery came sooner than expected. The only problem with that is they gave me not time to prepare. Delivery instructions say the delivery company will contact you a day before. Try 1 hour. Delivery company sends one person to deliver this huge pallet. Driver asked wife to help unload pallet since its impossible for him to do alone. Wife refused and driver was upset and on his way back. Wife had to ask neighbor to help. INSTRUCTIONS Even though instructions are very good, there are some areas where the instructions could be clearer. Where the orientation of wood is important for future steps, it would help to have all the features (holes/c'bores/notches) on wood displayed on picture. That way you can see which set of holes go to what end. On some instances you have to drill new holes, or take it apart and fix, causing frustration and more time. Took me 2 full days to assembly with my 7 and 11 year old as helpers. Once was completed, was worth every second, and cent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought Skyfort II and my children love it! It's perfect for a small or big yard. All the parts came in complete, no damages to the wood, and the instruction manual was easy to follow, step by step very understanding.

We bought and had this assembled this for our 3 year old daughter a week before everything shutdown due to COVID-19. This was probably the best investment we have ever made. It's taught our daughter so much and challenges her with new obstacles daily. She loves the swing and the lookout the most. It is sturdy and has everything we will need from monkey bars, to a sandbox (which we filled with smooth pebbles), and even a bench for some fine dining.
