The grandkids LOVE this thing. The whole thing was packaged very well. I did have to make a modification to part SP50; the holes at the top were on the wrong side. It only took a few days to assemble, but, would have taken longer if I did not have the “bilt” app to help. I would definitely recommend this swing set!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this set earlier this year and its awesome! It looks great, the kids love it. However there was an obscene amount of different hardware that absolutely could have been more standardized rather than having 30 kinds of screws, 30 kinds of bolts. Assembly is not at all user friendly because of this. You spend 3/4 of the time trying to find the right pieces for each step. Also, it took enough time sorting all the pieces, wood and hardware, that they ended up sitting out for a few days until I could start and throughout assembly. During this time quite a few planks started to warp, crack, some way worse than others. It wasnt so bad at first so I started putting it together, by the end of it I'd wished I'd made a warranty claim but by that time I just wanted to get it finished. It looks good, the kids have fun, but assembly was made way more difficult than it could be, and the quality of the lumber was not great especially for the price.

For the money, this set is outstanding, HUGE and beautiful. Our 3 kids love it (9,7 &4 yrs old) However there are a few "things".... the swings are too close together and the kids crash into each other AND the slide is just a little flimsy. There are several errors in the directions, but you can improvise pretty easily. As you get close to finishing some of the holes don't quite line up and you will have to drill new ones. Don't be intimidated by the size! A husband/wife team can do this in 3-5 days. Organize and alphabetize all the wood and parts first!! Borrow extra power drill from a neighbor and keep batteries charging.

I bought this over the winter. I prepped all parts and built all parts that could be stored indoors. Made installation much easier once spring came around. Was able to install the entire playset with good prep in 2 days. 95% of the wood was in good condition. I would recommend this product to any friend or family.

Im a welder that works construction and my wifes a waitress. It took me and her 20 hours to put it together. If the boards were labeled good we proboly could have done it in 14. Easy instructions . My wife mainly read the dircections and had the parts ready for me to put together. I had to help her find them sometime. Thats the only issuse i had. Labeled good and she could have picked them up quicker and i wouldn't have had to stop alot. Over all, not bad. Kids love it. I would recomend it. Its worth it.....

The purchase and assembly of the Skyfort II from Sams Club went very smoothly. The freight company driver was nice enough to haul all four boxes up my driveway and put them into the garage. A short time after delivery the assembly company set up a time to put the fort together. One guy came out right at 8am on the scheduled day and worked on the set until sun down (10pm). He then returned the next morning and finished the rest in two hours. I am so glad I had a professional assembly this thing. It is huge with hundreds of parts. It was well worth the extra money. The set is nice and sturdy. The kids absolutely love it.

Not sure why everyone loves this set. Overall, the set provides enough activities for my children to play with. However, the quality is extremely poor. The wood is very soft and split in many spots while putting it together. It is not cedar, but cedar stain. Part of the wood grain are rising and peeling. This set has been together for 2 months. I called customer service and their response was that, I must be having extreme weather and in order to maintain the warranty, I must seal the set. Ok, but it's only been up 2 months and in NY we have not had extreme weather, it's been unseasonable cool. Our intention was to seal it at the end of summer, because I did not want the kids playing on the set when the sealer smell was on it. Poor customer service and a poor set. Wish I'd spent the additional $300 bucks and bought the gorilla set.

we bought this for our 3 year old daughter. And she loves it. It was challenging for mom and dad to put together but within 3 days it was done! The excitement our daughter had made it worth the struggles to put together. We had to use the app and the direction manual to put it together, neither worked by itself. It seems to be a very sturdy playhouse swing set. Children and adults have been able to swing on it with no problems.

Very pleased with the play set thus far (completed building it in early April 2023). The written instructions were quite detailed and accurate, however, we often referred to the video to ensure our orientation was correct. The written instructions were not as easy to determine the orientation of the pieces that were to be assembled. Also, and this was a real problem that all four of us who were involved in its construction experienced, and that is the identifying part numbers on the wood. The markings were so poor that we often had to choose our pieces by comparing them to the drawings in the instructions (guesstimate). I would strongly suggest to those responsible for improving the building experience by the consumer to seriously consider improving the markings on the wood. Faded black ink on dark brown wood is not at all easy to read; what's more, some pieces were not stamped at all! On a more positive note, the BILT app was amazing!

This play set is an awesome feature of in our backyard. The play set has created a play ground gathering area for our neighborhood kids. It allows my wife and I some much needed free time to let our 2 boys 3 and 6 years old play while we relax around the patio watching them. The challenges I overcame was damaged packages on delivery, 14 missing or damaged parts, 3 hours to inventory with 3 men, 3 days of 10hrs w/ 3 men for 90 man hours to substantially complete the ground prep and installation. Expect to budget $1500 for labor and $1,000 for ground prep if you build it like I did. Customer service was very accommodating to send out replacement parts in 1 week. In the end it is well worth the effort. Time will tell if it holds up to the Florida weather.
