We love our new Skyfort II - there are lots of fun features (our 3yo has created a circuit/ obstacle course because of so many options) and it is a handsome edition to our backyard! I recommend using the app for assembly - it makes it easier to see the correct placement of boards for predrilled holes (position matters!!) and for part numbers (vs. screw/bolt sizes).

Awesome playground / swingset. Directions could add a tad more detail. You will need more time to assemble, unless you have some experience assembling a set like this. Pay attention to the pilot holes pre drilled as you go. Overall a really nice set.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago for my grandchildren and it was a job to say the least to put together. Glad it's done. The only problem that we had was we were shorted 4 pieces of the bottom deck rail and I've been having trouble trying to reach the company and waited on hold for over 20 minutes.

Pretty good. Ordered this for our three daughters ages 5, 5 and 11. Everything seems solid enough...couple of cracked boards on arrival, and one "peeling" board face on the picnic table top. The picnic area is pretty narrow even my 11 year old has a bit of a time getting in and out, and all three eating at it, could have added another slat for the seat and table area to make it more usable for four kids. And then the slide, our 80lb daughter slides on it (its FAST) but it bows quite a bit and makes a lot of noise as she goes down. Documents say it supports 120 lbs x 9 kids, so I hope this holds up, would have liked a slide in one piece though (or been given the option to trade it out.) Suggestions for future owners, put those numbered bags of screws and nuts in numerical order, it will be fast to grab the ones you need at each step, if you know where they are. Also we sealed ours before putting together and that was a huge time sink, but again, worth it in rainy Virginia. We have had it together about three weeks, two of the screws on top of the rock wall sheered off after just a few climbs up, allowing the top to lift off. - Not sure what happened there, but we added some stronger screws. All the kids are happy with it. Together, we decided that if we were designing a better model we would have a one piece slide, made more monkey bars for the bigger kids, made the "floor space about two feed wider (underneath and on top), added a slat to each picnic table seat and one to two more for the table, and made the swing area about 1 foot taller.

Delivery man was great...but we weren't told it would come by semi!! We had no place to turn around so they got a smaller semi to bring it!! Parts were all there. Some warped. The only problem I have is the slide...when they go down it, the last pole at the bottom hurts their butts and back. So be prepared!!

Some pros...1) Great assortment of features on this set up. Our two year old (under supervision of course) loves her new playset. 2) beautiful colors. 3) looks great in our backyard. 4) fast shipping, however... they didn't notify us of delivery as specified (it ended up working out just fine tho). Some cons... 1) build time - took two handymen about 28 hours total to fully build. 2) the reason we gave it four stars - not as sturdy as we were hoping for. 3) we wish the stairs and Rockwall were interchangeable - had to drill new wholes to accommodate the switch. Overall, we are very happy with the playset! I will update if we find it doesn't hold up.

Everything about this swing set is great! Ordering from the website was easy and overall a great process. We did get assembly through this website. The workers that came to put the set together were amazing. They were very nice and clean with their work. It was a 90 degrees hot day. The two workers put it up in 11 hours straight. They came in the morning and had it done right before sun set. My two kids were playing on it before bed! Also the structure is very strong and safe. It also looks amazing in our yard. A few neighbors came over to say how great it looks. Highly recommend this swing set and using the assembly crew through this website. Totally worth the money! I know my 4 year old and 1 year old will play on this for years to come.

I bought this item and chose to put it together myself and that was a mistake. So far i have moderate problems with the quality of the equipment(subject to change as i am only 1/3 of the way through the process). The directions on the other hand are very vague and extremely difficult to follow making me tear down things that i already had put together. This has been slowing my process greatly and very frustrating to say the least. I would NOT recommend anyone purchasing this product unless of course they have it installed by the company. Very disappointed, Bill Harriott

Wonderful piece of equipment. Built it primarily myself with limited assistance from a second pair of hands. The expected build time is generous, but it is a big project. The instructions weren’t always the most obvious but you’ll figure it out. Brings the playground to your back yard.

This is a great solid set, the kids love it. I have been putting it together by my self for about 3 weeks now ,4 or 5 hours a day on the week days.I just need to put the swings on now. FInding the pieces were time consuming at first. It is like putting a puzzle together not hard but time consuming. I didn't have room to lay every thing out and leave it laying untill i got finished so i kept everything in the boxes. The packing slips in the boxes told me what piece were in what box. As there were less pieces left it got easier and easier. If you have time to put it together or want to pay to get it put together either way you will have a nice set and it is big enough any kid that plays on the set will be having fun..
