I ordered this online during cyber sale in November and we got it put together just in time for Christmas for my grandchildren. Great product, great instructions, and a strong sturdy playground. The telescope on the top didn't stay on but that is not a negative-we love this playground

We bought this for our son's 4th birthday and he has loved it! Friends and cousins come over and play on it all the time. It is perfect for our 15 month old daughter (we added a baby swing) and all the way up to my 10 year old nephew. The installation crew also was amazing. It would've taken us months to install and it took them a day!

For the most part we are very satisified with the timeliness of the delivery, the quality of the product and the assembly directions. What we were not happy with was some of the missing screws that we had to replace on our own. In one instance I was told at Lowe's that these are specialty screws, bolts, etc. made specifially for the play set so we had to improvise. That was a hassle.

Took a couple days to assemble -- most went well, but fellows said instructions could have been a little better as to certain things. Looks very nice when finished; kids love it; however, wish the quality of the wood was just a little better. On the ladder, when assembling, one of the legs of the ladder actually split, which is quite noticeable on the finished product. I would say this is a pretty good set -- but was more expensive than most I looked at -- so I expect it to last and wear well.

I purchased this playset online and also used Sam's Club's installation. It was a very easy process. It was installed in one day!! The installers were very professional. The playset is very good quality and will last for many years to come. My 7 year old daughter loves it. It is tall enough for a 6'1'' adult to stand on the second level. I'm very satisfied with the playset. I would recommend to anyone!!!

Product arrived in 4 large heavy boxes. Took 2 full days to put together. Only complaint with building the play set was some instruction pages were very vague and didn't specify which way to put boards until a few pages later, so there was a lot of backtracking. Which is why I gave this a 4 star rating. Will need a minimum of 2 people to put this together. Other than that it is a great play set and my kids love it. Would definitely recommend this play set and/or brand to others!

My husband & I are extremely happy with the Sky fort 2 outdoor playset. We ordered it online and it shipped in a week. We love the color of the wood and how sturdy it was when put together. It is a great height for our growing 3 and 5 yr old. They play on it daily, rain or shine. The clubhouse is great. Very tall and spacious inside. Can fit multiple children in at one time. I wish the swings were spaced out just a little further apart though. I'm always afraid they are going to hit each other while swinging. If you are planning to assemble it yourself, like my husband did, just know that you will be spending a lot of time on it. It took him 5-6 eight hour days to count/organize parts, and assemble the whole playset himself. The good news is if you follow the manual, it goes together easily. It's just time consuming due to all of the screws that need to be put in. But the pre-drilled holes were very helpful. My kids love it and so do we! I would definitely recommend this playset to others who are looking for a larger playset that their kids can grow into.

Technician John was an excellent technician and did a perfect job assembling the set in 9 hours. Since the day we installed the set, kids have been playing and enjoying it. Our neighborhood kids also come and play. In fact couple of my grand kids friends in the neighbourhood are asking their parents to buy a house next to our house to play all the tie on the Swing Set. This set is not only attractive to kids but also to grownups My daughter who is a senior executive and is working from home made the party table her home office during sunny days enjoying the perfect weather and get more work done that way. It deffinitely enhanced the looks of our backyard. Most important for me is our grandkids are enjoying it. They look forward to come home from school and go play with the Backyard Discovery set. They invite friends are having a good time. All quality and sturdy material was used and I am sure it will last several years. I confess, I am tempted to go play with the set. I highly recommend this product over others. Most importantly, I highly recommend professional installation.

I bought this swing set a couple of months ago. It is a sold out set at my local Sam’s store. I had to order online. I really wanted this set because it has so many different activities that my kids can enjoy. The best feature is the look out where they can admire the stars at night.
