I bought this a few months ago and have been very happy with my purchase. My kids and neighbors kids play on it constantly and havnt had any issues. I see it getting lots of use for many years to come. Also in glad I paid extra to have it put together. The whole process was great from start to finish after getting it.

I bought this for my granddaughters and my son put it together it took himm13 hours the directions said 24 so it wasn't as bad as they said, I am impressed with the quality and I would only buy it at Sam's club because it is a much better value with free shipping and it arrived in very good shape!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the Skyfort II for my granddaughter's birthday. It was the perfect gift that she absolutely loves. It's a solid playground with Great workmanship! The installers were quick and professional. I'd recommend the product to anyone in search of a high quality play area for their kids!

Purchased the skyfort-ii back in March. Had a company do the install because I dont have the patience for this type of assembly. Only con I have about this set is that the screws that come with it are horrible! One on the monkey bars was snapped off and luckily it was me who tried it out cause a kid probably would have gotten hurt falling that far. Bought extra cedar boards for the sandbox area and extended the flooring.

I bought this for our four grandkids, ages 3 to 8. They love it. Well built with easy to follow instructions. Me and the wife put this together, with no arguments. The key is not to be in a rush to get it together. I sorted the parts out on a 16' trailer on a Saturday. We stated putting it together most of the day Sunday. Worked a few hours in the afternoons Monday and Tuesday. Finished on Wednesday. Hardware was good quality and everything fit as it should. Highly recommend.

This product was great! My kids love it and aside from the 3 full days it took me to put together, it was a breeze. I was missing 1 single floorboard, haven't been able to get it from them yet, but am making due with what i did get. We are very pleased with the playset and after it was assembled, it actually looked like the picture!!

I finished putting this together for the most part, and took another shot at the slide. The slide, in a word SUCKS. The design is so difficult to execute. It requires getting a long, difficult to bend piece of plastic into a groove along the slide wall. And then do the same thing again. I tried with like 3 other people at one point. I tried at least three times, and we couldn't do it. When we called the company they wanted $160 for a new, unassembled slide, and another $100 for shipping. We needed more pieces of wood because some were not included and some were cracked. It took nearly a week to get me the parts. By that point I had gotten pieces made at the local hardware store because I couldn't put assembly on hold that long. These totally turned me off to the company and I would recommend you do NOT do business with them. The set itself is great, and my kid loves it, but I certainly do not ever want to buy anything from them ever again.

1) missing 2 each H 9 boards. (2) telescop housing cracked. (3) About a dozen & a half 1 1/8 wood screws short. (4) board marked P 2 was not the right board, but the right booard was found, but not marked. (5) Holes in E5 boards that ladder (Y35-24-75G ) attached to were misaligned. (6) Some instructions were not made clear enough. (7) About half of all boards were either not marked or smudged. (8) No instructions on where to attach Y10-16.5G handles to B 1 and E 6 boards or hardware to use. (9)No way to secure bottom of slide to ground to prevent side to side movement.

We researched many playsets and this one came up as the most afforable and kid friendly. The wood looks sharp abd the play area is big. We thought the online pictures were photo cropped to make it look bigger, but after installed it was large. We hired some guys to come put it together and they did it in about 10 hours. Our kids like it a lot and we would buy again.

We got out play set 1 year ago and our 4 year old loves it. There’s plenty of different features to keep her entertained. The monkey bars are too far spaced apart for her but that is something she will grow into. The wood it’s made out of isn’t as heavy as what we thought it would be but is holding up well. We did put a coating of water sealer on the play set to be safe. Set up- it’s not pretty. Be prepared to do this over a couple of days. With 3 people who are somewhat handy you could get it built in 3 days if you work all day. Everything was labeled very nicely, there are just A LOT of pieces. Overall I am happy with our purchase and so is my child.
