We bought the firm one and it has helped both of us. My hips do not hurt anymore and we are sleeping better. This is my second mattress I have bought from Sam's. We had a mattress before that came from a furniture place and it did not last for 3 years and it cost so much more.
We love this mattress.

I called the folks at the Serta number listed for Sam's and asked a few questions. The lady was VERY knowledgeable, and helpful. Ordered the full-sized mattress and low profile box spring with white glove service(worth every penny). It's comfortable, medium firm ( was told the Glenmore 2.0 went to a medium by Serta). I am a side, sometimes back sleeper....and the mattress really works for me.

Neither of us can feel the other getting in and out of the bed and both of us think the bed is just right. I prefer a firm mattress and husband likes firm but with a slight softness. I had just moved in so mattress was still on the floor, to my surprise when i kneeled down i could feel the floor threw the bed. I could not believe this. Called and had another delievered (exchanged) 7days later received another mattress. I was happy thinking everything was fixed..... And here we go mattress is literally deflated-again. Im so disappointed i had my previous mattress for many years prior.. Almost hit 11 years and it had twice the life in it. I can't get my money back so my best advice is SAVE YOUR MONEY, or give it to another company. Worst mattress ever.

The two delivery guys were courteous, respectful, and efficient. I couldn't believe that one of them could carry the mattress by himself from the truck up to the second floor while the other one unwrapped the foundation and placed it on the frame!!! So far, I'm very pleased with the set. It's firm, but very comfortable. My only concern, and that's why I didn't rate it a "5", is that I'm not so sure that the sides of the mattress will hold up as long as they should. Only time will tell.

This is expected I guess since it has a memory foam in it. It memorizes your body and does not come back. This being said I don't totally regret buying it. I was on a Sleep Number that was way too firm. Never would I wake up without a backache. The new mattress seems to have remedied that. The quality of this mattress is quite good.
