(kudos to sam's for the effortless return policy) Unfortunately we had our old mattress hauled away, as such we were in need of another replacement mattress pronto. This time instead of ordering things sight unseen, we went to the local club and tried out all the mattress they offered. We also looked at what was offered by a competitor warehouse and settled with the Glenmoor. It was an upgrade from our our bed (bought at the competitor warehouse 10 years ago). The mattress itself is very firm. The coils appear quite stiff. This is compensated by the thick foam topside. Despite the thick foam, it remains cool. I am hoping this will last a good decade more or more.

We felt bad for our guests and switched mattresses with our own master bedroom mattress while people are here. I hate it. If you truly want this you can test it out easily! Go lay on your driveway--it's the same comfort level.

We got the same mattress for my parents a year earlier and they are complaining of the same issue. Now its no longer being carried. Telling????

Scott0720 - 1 out of 5 stars review11/30/2021We bought this mattress a year ago and there's already massive dips in the bed. You lay in a pit all night and have to roll up a hill just to turn. Horrible mattress if you have back pain, no support. When you look at the mattress you can see the dips.
You'll toss and turn all night! Don't buy.

When you wake up your stiff and feels like you have been sleeping on the ground. Some people like harder beds but we do not.

disgruntled - 1 out of 5 stars review4/14/2023We purchased the perfect sleeper Glenmoor back on 01/ 2022 and like most people my fiancé and I have bad backs and or neck pain. although this mattress was great in the beginning it soon began to sag about 7-8 months in, so trying to find a good position to sleep in outside the saggy hole that has been created has been more trouble than it worth. I just recently turned the mattress to by some time for us to replace this mattress I will definitely be contacting Serra

It is getting deeper each night and now it is like sleeping in a hammock. I am 6 ft 200 lbs. I am trying to decide whether to ask for a replacement or try a different model.Confusedmore

However, after about four months the mattress started sagging showing body imprints. I'm very sad. I called Sam's club and with no argument they are sending the truck to pick it up. As soon as it is on the truck they will issue my refund. Kudos to Sam's club. Now I just have to decide which mattress to buy now!

We are not overly heavy people.(under 200) The area where our bottoms go, is sunk in completely, and doesn't expand up anymore. I wake up with my back hurting because my body is being twisted just laying on bed. So, 8 months later and I am searching for a mattress topper so I can sleep without back hurting in the morning.

We purchased the Serta Hybrid and believe we got the best of both. Our mattress is firm and supportive; yet very comfortable. We are in our "60's". Our back are very appreciative of this purchase.
