Mattress is more firm than the store model. But that's to be expected. Overall, happy with our purchase.

Decent mattress

well made but it might be a bit too firm. Was thinking of exchanging for other serta twin xl but none are in stock so disappointed in that

Love the Serta's comfort plus I don't even know if my husband is in bed. So easy to just set up and stand up off this Serta.

Comfort and height of set.

Nice mattress at a great price.  It took a while to get it but they did remove my old mattress/box springs.  A big plus!

This mattress is definitely for people who like a firm bed. It does have a pillow top, but it is not really soft. We love firm!!

Great Firm Bed!

Enjoying a much better rest each evening!  Back ache much better and body aches subsiding!  Would buy again if needed.

New lease on sleep

Terrible mattress. Ordering was easy and it was delivered early. In less than 7 nights there was almost a 4 inch difference in the edge of the mattress and where we slept. Both my husband are average size people. I've had other mattresses last ten years plus with no problems and this didn't even last 10 sleeps. Returning ASAP.

Do NOT waste your money.

After doing some serious research, I kept coming back to this Serta hybrid.  It's a true medium bed.  The 1099 pocketed coils make all the difference in the world.  The hybrid cooling gel foam is fabulous and really does keep me cool at night.

You feel the softness of the top pillow layer but then the pocketed coils add the structure underneath. The foam encasement that wraps all the way around stops the mattress from sagging if you sit on the edge of the bed like I do.

Sam's club pricing cannot be beat and it's actually built for Sam's so it has more pocketed coils than most bedding stores.  

Delivery was easy and excellent for my area.  Great delivery guys that came during rain and snow but kept their feet clean.  Delivery was on a Saturday between 9am-1:30pm and they called ahead and were on time!

I also love that this Serta mattress was made in the USA, in Ohio.

Don't hesitate to purchase this at all!  I waited 45 days of sleeping on this mattress before posting a review.
