Its been 2 weeks since we are trying out this mattress. At first the mattress was firm as documented but now I already feel as if the mattress is sinking when I sleep on it. Will monitor closely and may be return the product if necessary.

We ordered this and it was delivered on time and by extremely professional movers. The mattress has been great. We are much happier with the firmness of this mattress as our previous bed in a box was just too soft for us. We highly recommend.

This mattress was awful! Once home it felt far from the soft pillowtop in the store. If luxury is sleeping in bricks, then this is your mattress. Returned it and went elsewhere for a mattress.

The in-store mattress seemed to be a little softer, but we've only had it for two weeks. Very convenient delivery. Overall very happy with the choice after having a couple foam mattress "duds".

We went to Sam and I tried the Serta Perfect Sleeper Luxury Hybrid ~ Glenmoor Firm Pillow Top Mattress - We bought the King . I would do it again in a heart beat .

I purchased this set about a month ago. I'm more than satisfied with the merchandise however the customer service has left a lot to be desired. I'm still trying to get this situation corrected

It's a great mattress. The one down side is it is actually much firmer than the display models they have out on the floor. I've had it 3 weeks now so maybe it needs a little more breaking in or something.

Loving my new Serta it sleeps perfectly. It contours to my back and side. Restful nights l no longer wake up with my arms falling asleep and in pain due to uncomfortable mattress. Perfect sleeper it is.
