This bed is so hard!!! I am having pain in my shoulders and back from this mattress that I did not have with our 10yr old mattress. It is horrible! Have already initiated a return.

It's a great mattress. The one down side is it is actually much firmer than the display models they have out on the floor. I've had it 3 weeks now so maybe it needs a little more breaking in or something.

Its been 2 weeks since we are trying out this mattress. At first the mattress was firm as documented but now I already feel as if the mattress is sinking when I sleep on it. Will monitor closely and may be return the product if necessary.

The bed itself is very comfortable. I gave it 2 stars because it came with a hole that was sewn up not well. I wish sams club would do something about it.

I love this bed, I don't feel any pressure points but have support. Better than the beautyrest I tried. Also got the low profile box spring, easy to get in and out of.

Loving my new Serta it sleeps perfectly. It contours to my back and side. Restful nights l no longer wake up with my arms falling asleep and in pain due to uncomfortable mattress. Perfect sleeper it is.

This is a great mattress for back sleepers. I thought it would be softer as I am a side sleeper. I have ordered another Serta mattress because I really love their products.

We bought this mattress about 2 weeks ago and we love it. We did encounter an employee upon pick up that wasn't very helpful but, our mattress is exactly what we wanted.

It's a little firmer than our preference but we still had our memory foam topper from our old mattress so we added that and sleep like babies. It's perfect!

Very disappointment in shipping process for one week from10th of January to 16th had no communication with 3rd party delivery service.very dissatisfied
