Are the Mrs Bairds Hamburg Bun Fresh? Bought them a 2 weeks ago and put them in the Freezer. Took out a couple for Sloppy joe Sandwich and all the top crust just peeled (Fell) off.

These are the worst hamburger buns they fall apart so quickly. The sweet really bad in the plastic and by the time you got to use them they are broke up like large breadcrumbs

These buns are always soft. I buy in bulk to last my family of 5 a month at a time. We freeze 1-2 packages a month & even after thawing these buns are nice a soft. They don't get flakey like some. They keep their shape & taste.

Half of our family cannot have corn. The other half cannot have wheat. These buns are great because they have no corn syrup and no corn starch.
