It's now my go to when buying yogurt. Alone or mixed with fruit and yogurt - you can't go wrong. My son even loves it! I began a low-calorie diet plan a few months ago and knew I needed to change from full-fat to low- or no-fat yogurt. I discovered Oikos Triple Zero yogurt and gave it a try. It took me a couple of days to get used to the texture but now I love it. 90-100 calories plus 15 grams protein is perfect for me.

Here is an article pertaining to FOS's one source being chicory. https://www.mdpi.com/2072-6643/9/5/496 FOS are Fructooligosaccharides. Foods high in FOS are onion, chicory (one yogurt brand has this and chicory is also found in some coffees that add this) garlic asparagus leeks jerusalem artichoke.

I love this stuff due to high protein content. However, I'd noticed a change, and it's the fiber being removed. That's not a good thing. And several other reviews have pointed this out. Not sure I'm gonna keep buying it, now. You're losing customers, guys. This cost cutting measure wasn't a wise one. It was good for everyone's health, and it's gone. I'm sure nothing will be done to add the fiber back.

No added sugar or any other additives help to stay on top with the diet. Definitely a great addition to my meals. Good portion size to compliment with meals. One thing that can be improved is the packaging. The cups are attached in the group of three and we have to be very careful while detaching from the trio. Or else the lid would puncture resulting in spills.

Not only did I like it, I love it! It is DELICIOUS! If you like their other products, you are going to love this one! I like that it doesn't have a super strong "after taste" of yogurt but the after taste is more of the actual mixed berry flavor. I will definitely buy this! Now I want to head to the store to see what other flavors are in stock! Go get some!

The kids like to just grab them on the go maybe with a banana. I like that there's just enough room in the cup to add granola or any fruit you want to. They are so convenient. Everyone in my family loves a different flavor, mine is vanilla. They all taste very good, when I buy them I load up because they are frequently sold out at my grocery store.
These are my family's favorite yogurts!

But you still TOTALLY taste the lack of real sugar. It's got that typical, sugar-substitute aftertaste, but not as bad some. There was also a slight weird feeling in my mouth, like a dry, puckery effect. Not terrible, just strange. And although the strawberry taste wasn't especially pronounced, it does have the nice, smooth texture you expect from Oikos. If you're used to regular yogurt, don't be fooled into thinking this is going to be as good. It's just not. But if you're used to sugar-free products, or are willing to sacrifice some enjoyment in order to avoid sugar, you could do worse than Trip...

I love that it has extra protein compared to regular yogurt so it keeps me feeling fuller longer. Its very smooth and has no bitter taste to it like some other greek yogurts.

I actually prefer that it has a thick texture, because I find the that makes it more satisfying to me. I also really liked the tanginess of the strawberry flavor.

I ended up buying a couple more because my kids started asking for some, I guess this is now the new go to snack in the house which is perfectly fine with me since it’s definitely a healthier alternative to other things. I love the flavor choices, and oikos has always been in my fridge… this is just an upgrade for my family.

I liked it very much. The yogurt is very thick and creamy, had a delicious strawberry flavor and all of the tang in real yogurts. It seemed to be very naturally creamy and not artificially thickened with corn starch or other thickeners. It was also very surprisingly rich for a non fat yogurt.

I do like the easy to grab and go container which makes it easy to travel with. There’s no sugar added, no artificial sweeteners, and no fat in this yogurt. To me, it had a slight taste of chalk that lingered. Overall, this yogurt will be a go to when I’m out of homemade yogurt.
