We even substitute plain yogurt for sour cream for many different recipes whenever possible. I have tried the Oikos brand on many occasions and do enjoy the various different styles and do find it to be a quality product. This style absolutely fulfilled my expectations. I purchased the mixed berry and I LOVE it. It was smooth and filled with flavor. It is my new favorite by far. I am trying to eat more protein and am happy to say this yogurt is packed with protein. I usually am not a fan to Greek yogurt but this yogurt has changed my mind.

Additionally, it has 0g of added sugar, 0% fat and 0 artificial sugars. The ingredient line is short and clean. Although Oikos uses stevia leaf extract as the sweetener, it does not have the aftertaste or metallic flavor that stevia products often have. Cherry is my favorite flavor. Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt is a delicious yogurt that I can enjoy and feel good about eating.

I love that the vanilla flavor really comes through, with no added sugar. I hadn't had yogurt in so long because I need high protein food, and this was delicious. The 15g of protein is great. The one downside is the carb count. 10g of carbs is a bit high for me, but this is my dessert or treat for the day if I eat appropriately. Also, on a high protein diet, I have a hard time getting in a good amount of fiber so the 3g is great. Flavor wise, the vanilla is delicious without being overly sweet and there's nothing artificial tasting. The ingredient list is pretty short which I also like a lot. If I eat yogurt, I always eat Greek and usually strawberry. When I saw a low fat, no sugar option, I was very excited. However this yogurt was not it. If I did a blind tasting, I couldn’t have told you that the flavor was strawberry. Luckily it didn’t have a synthetic sweetener taste but it was also very bland. Despite being 0% fat, it still had the consistency of Greek yogurt and it did keep me full the remainder of the day. (I ate this as a snack during lunch) I probably wouldn’t purchase this variety of yogurt again.

This strawberry yogurt tastes good; it's not too sweet, and has no after taste. It has less sugar and, in my opinion, is healthier. The texture is very creamy. I can taste the strawberry flavor. It is not acidic and sour like other yogurts I have tried. I really like that it has 15 grams of protein. The container is just the right size portion. Overall, it is a really good quality yogurt.

To my surprise, it is 0% fat, 0 sugar and 0 artificial sweeteners. The vanilla is amazing. It is a rich, creamy taste. I bought several flavors, but vanilla is the best in my opinion. I froze a couple of containers and had a frozen yogurt treat.
