[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great option for a healthy snack. The texture is smooth and creamy. The flavor is perfect and not overwhelming. For people that are watching their sugars this is a great option!! I have had this by itself, added it in smoothies, and made overnight oats.

This, and the strawberry flavor, are the best ones that the triple 0 Oikos yogurts currently have. They leave a small amount of space at the top so you can mix in any extra ingredient you want like fruit or a granola. It is a great taste. and not too sweet!

This was recommended to me during my liquid diet before and after my gastrectomy. They all taste great, no stomach upset, no fake sugars. It does seem drier than other yogurts so I mixed in some ff milk with mine. Stacks well in fridge and freezes well for a frozen dessert.

I eat one of these every morning with some fruit and granola. I love that these keep me full and come in yummy flavors. I personally am not a huge fan of Greek yogurt and it took me awhile to get use to the consistency of compared to some others brands. But I will continue to purchase and I’d love to see them make some new flavors!
