This is my favorite breakfast, usually I am adding some Autumns Gold Grain Free Toasted Coconut Almond Granola 1Lb 4Oz and this is perfect combination. I feel full till lunch time at least. This is the perfect yogurt!

I was using another brand was my son recommended I try Oikos. That was about a year ago and still love it. I run frequently and need the higher protein, but hate eating stuff that doesn't taste good. this yogurt not only taste great, but it's high in protein and doesn't add extra sugars. I stir blueberries into mine every day.
