I was excited to try this Yogurt because they deemed to be the only brand that offered fat free, sugar free yogurts in different flavors while containing fully clean and keto friendly. They used to use chicory root fiber which has a 0 GI and no affect on blood sugar. When I saw it in the store I noticed they had removed the fiber and added tapioca starch which is a no no for people strictly sticking to a keto diet and does have an affect in raising blood sugar. I immediately put it back on the shelf and picked a different plain non-fat, no other ingredient added clean Greek yogurt and added my own clean flavorings to it. These company's should be more aware and transparent of what they are putting in their products because not everyone is aware of what every ingredient does when trying to stick to a strict diet. I find this practice VERY shady, and will avoid this brand from now on unless they switch back to their original formula or come up with a better true keto-friendly alternative to the deceptive formula they needlessly changed to for whatever reason. It's unfortunate because this was the only company to "get it right". Now the only alternative is to create your own flavors with a clean plain Greek yogurt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big fan of yogurt, but have always been aware of how much added sugar most brands have. This yogurt is great in comparison. It has a wonderful strawberry flavor and is very thick, almost like a sour cream texture. Carbmaster is my go-to yogurt, because it is only 70 calories and has only 3 grams of sugar, but if it were unavailable to me, I would definitely buy this instead. It is definitely high quality and tasty.

Oikos used to have some of my favorite yogurt. They used to have an original vanilla in a blue container but they got rid of that and now they have this and I got to say the texture isn’t as good and it has a fake sugar after taste so I don’t eat this unless it’s the only option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free sample of the Oikos Triple Zero mixed berry yogurt. I tried it and it’s delicious. It’s creamy and and isn’t too sweet. I like that it is zero in all the places I’m trying to watch. I enjoy adding fruit and granola to it. Highly recommend it.

This is the best. Triple zero no added sugars, no artificial sweetners and 0% fat. I eat it all the time plus it has 15 grams of protein. It's very affordable and easy snack or maybe a light lunch. The protein keeps you from getting so hungry and may I say Strawberry is the best flavor!

I like that is has no artificial sugar however it does have stevia root so I would like to know is this the artificial stevia as the industry has us think that its not artificial but it is typically a tiny bit of plant matter mixed with chemicals.

I suffer from chronic migraine disease. I have a very hard time eating because of the side effects of the disease and medications. I have finally found a good product that packs a nutritional punch, makes me feel full and satisfied on the days when I don’t have an appetite.
