My favorite yogurt! It's so tasty and smooth. My favorite go-to healthy snack. Top it with some fruit and a little granola and it hits the spot! It's great for when you get a sweet tooth but don't want to indulge in ice cream. The vanilla flavor is amazing as well!

I was looking for a food that contains chicory. I hope they continue to put it in their Oikos. I liked it with the chicory. Foods high in FOS are onion, chicory (one yogurt brand has this and chicory is also found in some coffees that add this) garlic asparagus leeks jerusalem artichoke.

The yogurt provides many healthy nutrients and is low calorie. The taste is great and not bitter like some other low cal options. I like portion size and the packaging of the yogurt.

I had tried another big brand's yogurt only to discover that it did not contain a probiotic - one of the big reasons I like to have yogurt in my diet. Triple Zero does include a probiotic, tastes great and gives a good amount of protein. Like most greek yogurts, you'll need to give it a stir once you open it - so don't let that throw you off!

I really prefer the thickness of Okios over other Greek yogurts. They are not loaded with sugar which is even better!

I don't always enjoy products containing stevia, but I really wanted to love it. The texture is good, and softly creamy. The vanilla seemed ok, but I just couldn't deal with the sweetness. I do plan to try another flavor that has fruit in it, to see if that makes a difference! For people who cant do sugar, and like stevia, this would probably be awesome!

My wife, who is the yogurt eater in our family, was also not fond of the taste. Maybe I will try a different flavor so I can enjoy the benefits of what would be a healthy snack.
