This protein yogurt is so creamy and thick, and is packed with 15 grams of protein per cup!! Both flavors are extremely delicious, and will keep you full!! I personally like adding fresh fruit and granola in mine, and it is a great snack, or complete breakfast!!

The zero added sugar of this was a big plus for me. I found it to be less tangy than greek yogurt I've had in the past. The texture and taste were very good. It would definitely recommend!

I’ve found a new snack that I love & is healthy, filling and oh so yummy! It also keeps me from snacking so it’s very satisfying as well. Definitely recommend trying it.

Plain it was a bit bland, but not so bad that I couldn’t eat it. I love it as an addition to a balanced breakfast. It is also great in some recipes. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I eat a high protein, low carb diet and this is a real treat! I love that the vanilla flavor really comes through, with no added sugar. I hadn’t had yogurt in so long because I need high protein food, and this was delicious. The 15g of protein is great. The one downside is the carb count. 10g of carbs is a bit high for me, but this is my dessert or treat for the day if I eat appropriately. Also, on a high protein diet, I have a hard time getting in a good amount of fiber so the 3g is great. Flavor wise, the vanilla is delicious without being overly sweet and there’s nothing artificial tasting. The ingredient list is pretty short which I also like a lot. Since it’s Greek yogurt, it’s thicker and really very creamy. I love the slight tang. I also used half the container in a smoothie to help add a creamy texture and slightly thicker consistency with some frozen fruit. I really enjoyed this and found it’s versatile! If you’re looking for a high protein yogurt, this is it, and I will definitely be having this again.

I am guessing that if you enjoy this kind of yogurt then the quality is pretty good. I myself do not like the oikos triple zero mixed berry at all.
