Delicious! This is my favorite yogurt. My kids love it too! 0 added sugars, 0 artificial sweeteners and 0% fat. Not only does it taste good but it is also healthy. We love to top ours off with a spoon of granola. The portion is also decent for a snack and will fill you up.

I really like this brand of Greek Yogurt, but not a fan of this variety pack, The vanilla iswithout a doubt the absolute BEST!! The other two were really not that fruit flavor to my taste. I hope that Sam’s Club can find a way to sell the Oikos in a larger “vanilla” container so I can continue to add my own fruits, which I prefer!

I was excited to try this Yogurt because they deemed to be the only brand that offered fat free, sugar free yogurts in different flavors while containing fully clean and keto friendly. They used to use chicory root fiber which has a 0 GI and no affect on blood sugar. When I saw it in the store I noticed they had removed the fiber and added tapioca starch which is a no no for people strictly sticking to a keto diet and does have an affect in raising blood sugar. I immediately put it back on the shelf and picked a different plain non-fat, no other ingredient added clean Greek yogurt and added my own clean flavorings to it. These company's should be more aware and transparent of what they are putting in their products because not everyone is aware of what every ingredient does when trying to stick to a strict diet. I find this practice VERY shady, and will avoid this brand from now on unless they switch back to their original formula or come up with a better true keto-friendly alternative to the deceptive formula they needlessly changed to for whatever reason. It's unfortunate because this was the only company to "get it right". Now the only alternative is to create your own flavors with a clean plain Greek yogurt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great tasting yogurt! Smooth and creamy consistency with a delectable berry flavor mixed in. It has 15g protein, 0 fat, 0g sugar and 100 calories. I eat it by itself and in smoothies, but my favorite thing to do is mix in fruit and top with granola. It's like a dessert!

Well, that's sad. I love this stuff due to high protein content. However, I'd noticed a change, and it's the fiber being removed. That's not a good thing. And several other reviews have pointed this out. Not sure I'm gonna keep buying it, now. You're losing customers, guys. This cost cutting measure wasn't a wise one. It was good for everyone's health, and it's gone. I'm sure nothing will be done to add the fiber back.

This is the only yogurt I buy because it's 0 added sugar, 0 fat, and 0 artificial sweeteners. It's the perfect post work out snack when I need something cold, sweet, and refreshing. Since it's greek yogurt, it also keeps me full for a pretty long time when add bananas to it. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm impressed! This yogurt is full of protein and still tastes good with only 3 grams of sugar. Usually any flavored yogurt has way to much sugar but not this one. With only 3 grams of sugar (0 added sugar) it's one of the lowest out there and I've read a lot of labels. The 20 grams of protein it's a great way to get in big chunk of my protein for the day while feeling like I'm having a treat. The serving size is 5.3 oz and I could definitely eat more than this for breakfast. The berry flavor was nice and consistent. It didn't taste fake or artificial but it also doesn't taste like fresh berries. The consistency is pretty thick and creamy. These Oikos Pro's will probably become my new number one healthy snack now.

Knowing that OIKOS made a superior product I wasn’t surprised that the Triple Zero is the best of the best. Amazing taste and smooth texture make it a cut above the rest. It’s definitely a MUST by on your next shopping trip.

I felt it was too sweet for my palate but my son loved it and ate it up. A little higher in carb than one would expect for a yogurt marketed toward health reasons, so if that is a concern for you as it is for me, check out the label to see if it fits with your diet.
