This is delicious! Just add some cherry tomatoes and put it on torn romaine lettuce, then drizzle with a balsamic reduction and you have a perfect salad that everyone will love.

Just fair

I bought these as a shortcut to making tomato and mozzarella salad for a Memorial day picnic. I should have bought fresh mozz and made it myself. These cheese balls were hard and swimming in a flavorless oil. They did not taste or feel fresh at all. I'll never buy these again.

Good for salads, charcutier, finger food, or if you are just hungry. And it is not too salty.

Was to be good till September, went bad in a week after opening lid was puffed up and the liquid was dark and some of the mozzarella was dark

These mozzarella balls are outstanding. They’re big (can cut them in half for the skewer type ho’devores.
