I get them for snacking or to top baked italian foods. Tge oul doubled as a dip for bread so i add a bit of balsamic glaze to it and dip fresh baked bread in. Its delicious

Good cheese. Not a ton of flavor for what they have in with it but that does allow for you to taste the cheese itself. Great with some cherry tomatoes added into the oil mix and a little salt. Would buy again.

Delicious! And because the cheese is in oil, not water, it stays fresh a long time. This is so delicious alone or added into an actual salad or a pasta dish.

I wish I read the ingredients before purchasing.. it's all canola oil and tastes awful. I ended up dumping the canola oil and adding olive oil but it was still terrible I ended up throwing it out before finishing it.

I'm giving it 1 star and my husband 5 stars, that's why it's a 3 star product. My husband loves it. I should have read the ingredients before buying. It's got canola oil in it, that's a shame. Why companies have to put these oils in our food is beyond me. Why not just plain olive oil? I'm getting so sick of having to read the ingredient list on everything I buy. Years ago, you didn't have to do this! Now, I have to listen to my husband saying don't forget the mozzarella balls. For petes sake!
