Alka Seltzer Plus has helped me through many colds and 2 bouts of Covid. As a former smoker of way too many years I have some respiratory issues and when I get sick I often had needed prescription meds to resolve my symptoms, Since starting to use the Alka Seltzer Cold & Flu I find if I take it early then my symptoms do not get as bad. My family saw how well it works for me and now they are all using it.

My husband and I keep a supply for anyone with a cough or sniffle. I have found using the Alka Seltzer cold medicine early in prevents my cold, chest and sinus symptoms from progressing. If medicine flavors are an issue for you as they are for me this is the most pleasant of any of the cold remedies I’ve tried including other Alka Seltzer flavors. I love that I have been able to get the economy sized box, purchasing the small packages was just not cost effective.

Product works well for me and helps me sleep. I’m 75 and every time I purchase this or similar item I get held up because the system needs verification of my age. No other people are on my account! Is there a way that will identify me as age appropriate?

Alka-seltzer cold has been my go to for years to help sinus headaches and pressure. I recently developed an allergy to aspirin and had to quit using it. I was so glad to find a trusted brand WITHOUT ASPIRIN! This knocks out the pain and pressure very quickly ... better than any other sinus meds I have tried.

It would be extremely helpful if it were designated Daytime or Nighttime!! The box is both orange and blue, which tells me it contains both, but there is no designation on the individual packaging, and when you call the help line, you are given the option to press 1 if you're over 50 and 2 if not. Both options try to sell you a medic alert necklace and do not give you the option to speak with a live person. Frustrating!
