I have been a fan of Alka-Seltzer Plus for years. When my husband was dealing with a severe cold, he wasn't getting any relief from other meds... I offered him my Alka-Seltzer Plus and he is now a fan. He felt better and used it until his cold was gone. LOVE that Sam's Club offers it. Good Buy!

We much prefer this to Theraflu, it tastes better and works well. Bulk package means we always have some on hand.

Alka-Seltzer severe cold works great. Whenever I feel a cold coming on, I take one. It seems to warn off the symptoms.

When I am sick, but I need to get some things done for a couple hours, this is the medicine that I use. It lasts 4-6 hours and clears up most symptoms. Now I do not recommend that you go out and infect others, but if you need a period of productivity, use this.

Please carry this in your stores year round.

My “go to” for cold and sinus issues

I've used Alka-Seltzer Plus for years. When I take it at the first sign of a sniffle, a cold doesn't have a chance.

This is the cold medicine that works best for us. Problem is that right now, it can’t be ordered online. Difficult if you are home with a bad cold. They actually want you to go to the warehouse and infect everyone there. Not logical at all! We are seniors and they can tell from our membership that we are old enough to purchase this item.

It would be extremely helpful if it were designated Daytime or Nighttime!! The box is both orange and blue, which tells me it contains both, but there is no designation on the individual packaging, and when you call the help line, you are given the option to press 1 if you're over 50 and 2 if not. Both options try to sell you a medic alert necklace and do not give you the option to speak with a live person. Frustrating!

when I got the alka seltzer in the box, it was crushed like someone had hit it with a sledgehammer. Broken to pieces in the box with coffee and soup.
