The picture quality is crisp, and the colors make me feel as though I'm personally experiencing whatever I'm viewing. The sound quality is excellent, even when I crank up the music! I can't say enough about how awesome this 4K smart TV is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No matter how often I adjust the Samsung sound bar according to instructions, or turn the sound bar off and adjust the television according to instructions, the voice doesn't match the picture for any more than an hour. I have a 13- year old Sony that doesn't have this issue at all. I've checked on line and followed all suggestions applicable to Samsung, but can't solve the problem. Otherwise, a nice television.

This tv has many features to choose from when it comes to how you watch TV. Once you get a QLED series there's no going back!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I just turned this tv on for the first time last night. When I took it out of the box......whoa! It's plyable?! Care because you can actually flex the tv!! It's that thin! Bezel.......maybe 1/8" around the TV. It's a sight to behold. The picture is that of what you see in stores. As for expert settings, they are limited because it's not the flag ship model.... what ever.. it still looks amazing. I'm on the fence with motion. I'm seeing signs of that soap opera type motion that I don't care for..... but the jury is still out on that. Remote, solar recharging... love it.... no batteries to replace. Incredibly responsive... finally. Sound..... is very immersive...in debate if I need this cheap soundbar I have anymore. But, it's a full sound that broadcast dynamically. Samsung has really been doing their homework... Again I tip my hat to the company

I bought this TV in around Christmas time from a Big Box retailer. I'm absolutely stunned at the amazing picture quality. It's relatively easy to set up. You would need some idea to navigate the menu etc. WiFi setup is easy It's also quite easy to set up the apps such as Netflix Prime Disney. I must add that I added the Crave TV app from the Apps however can't seem to get the Closed Captioning to work on the Crave App on the TV. It works fine on my Samsung phone. I'm also quite impressed by the Samsung Plus Channels for the music and the fireplace Channel. Overall it's a fantastic product.

If you're looking for a 4k TV you should definitely check this one out, you can see every little detail and the hdr really makes everything pop. would highly recommend good job samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the TV for a wide variety of things, but when it comes to sports or movies, thats where this shines. The 1080 is brilliant by itself, and the 4k for things like nature programs, is like looking out a window. The colors , clarity and detail an be amazing. Sound is good, although I do recommend a sound bar with sub woofer, which definitely does add t the experience. It brings TV to a whole new level of enteraintment. My favorite thing is watching movies. I can truly say this is the first time that the technology has gotten to the level, where watching on TV with a high quality sound bar, can rival a movie theater experience. (obvioulsy this depends on the quality of the content. ) But when all the pieces fit, WOW!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE this TV!! The QLED series by Samsung is the absolute Best group of TV'S available out on the market right now. The picture is so precise, clear, and vividly accurate with the overall view, and just exceeds any other brand by the way they propell the colors and contrasting features of those colors, and blend it all together to create the top of the line picture on a telivision that you can buy anywhere. The features and accessibility of those features are also top of the line. Very visible and organized correctly for ease of understanding for even the least tech savvy people out there. Overall I would grade this TV an A++ any day of the week, and would definitely recommend this TV and this group of Samsung series to any and everybody.

Had this for a year now. The picture quality is great! I have no issues with it. The smart apps work well and it is very responsive. You can name you sources and set short cuts/default. Love the gaming mode. It recognizes my PS5 and automatically changes video settings to gaming.

we didn't notice there was an issue until we watched a movie at night in the dark. in black scenes, there were gray blocks and even during very white scenes there were still gray blocks. picture is good except for the grayish blotches, we just couldn't live with it for the price we paid. also, it's pretty bulky, not a thin model, not sure if it's because it was the 85".
