I just want to say I love the product it's very well made. Bit when looking at the ingredients I noticed they use powdered cellulose as there anti caking agent instead of potato starch. Not sure why.

I am obsessed with cheese and cheese of all kinds! This is by far one of the best feta cheese is that I have come by. It is perfect to crumble on top of a salad or to cook with and an omelette or any other dish.

Athenos is the only brand of feta cheese that i will buy. It’s consistently great quality and tastes wonderful. Other brands I’ve tried are more bland and too salty when it comes to Feta cheese but Athenos is great. I’ll definitely buy again.
