I buy this all the time. Delicious! I put a clean folded paper towel on top after opening the container and change it when it gets damp. The feta stays fresh for a long time that way.

I use this cheese in many of the dishes that I prepare. This is the first time that I have used this brand and I found it to be of high quality, more chucks and less crumbles. Great in salads, sauces and a fantastic pizza topping!

The Athenos Crumbled Feta Cheese has the best texture and flavor when compared with other competitor’s products. I love the occasional small chunks of Feta and the slightly tangy flavor of this product. We always use the crumbles sprinkled on top of all of our salads as well as in our omelets and on top of our pizzas. YUM!!!!!

This is my new "go-to" dry curd or Farmers Cheese! I will forever mix this with my small curd cottage cheese for the extra tang. Can be used in sweet and savory cheese taste treat sensations! Just add a little sugar mixed with small curd cottage cheese and bake with pastry dough for desserts or mix with small curd cottage cheese for perogies. I will always use this feta cheese fried with my French Toast, maple syrup, Mandarin oranges and powder sugar.

Nice crumbles and flavorful feta cheese. We have purchased consistently and have been completely satisfied. The price for the quality and quantity of the cheese is far superior to what one can find in a grocery store. It will spoil if you don't use a lot of feta cheese within the month.

Love this in eggs, Mediterranean salad, strong on flavor - use this a lot for a low calorie but big flavor addition to meals. Only disappointed that this does not have a tight fitting lid so if not transferred to a better container, it develops a mushy consistency bu the end of the container.
