Great Taste

Very few chunks, mostly grated. I do like that it coates the pieces.

very upset that this product touts itself as traditional, but is made from cow's milk, not goat or sheep. I am on a strict diet that forbids cow's milk and was ignorant of this switcheroo. The back label says "mil" in small print, implying cow's milk--if it were other than that, they woiuld brag about it. 

If you're selling yourself as "traditional," the kind of milk should be clearly stated for those who want traditional milk sources or have medical  needs.

We buy this almost every three weeks. Sometimes I buy two and freeze one. No matter whether it goes into the fridge or into the freezer, this Feta is excellent. Great texture and taste. Almost never develops mold if you eat it within a month. The crumbles are handy to just sprinkle on salads or any other usage. I highly recommend this Feta. Keeps well, stays fresh, great taste and texture. Love it!
