Nice heavy frame

When I unpacked the box to set up this Zinus frame everything I needed to do the job was included. The frame instantly caught my attention as it was obviously a finer quality than the standard frames I'm used to seeing.There was a small, good quality ratchet wrench to tighten the bolts. Some bolts were already set in the frame to plainly mark which sections were to be adjusted for the bed size. And my favorite surprise was that all the other bolts and nuts were actually laid out and LABELED in a blister pack, so that I didn't have to guess which one I was supposed to use where. The instructions were clear (large concise drawings.) and were not too challenging to figure out. Last but not least, the company included a small set of complimentary blank note cards with envelopes. I am highly impressed with the workmanship and for such a reasonable price too!

We were happy to assemble this when we got it. The instruction was simple and user friendly. We were happy until we noticed our full size mattress does not entirely fit this bedframe when it is set to full. Not only that, the bed is not leveled. As you can see in the picture, there is only one beam in the middle holding the center point of the mattress. Therefore, no matter what kind of bed you get, the left and right of the mattress will sink downward much more nearly touching the ground once you either sleep or sit on it. The only supportive area is the central point of the mattress but who sleeps right in the middle of the mattress where the supportive beam goes? The entire design is flawed. We can't return it at this point and it was a huge regret. My word of advice? Look elsewhere now!!

I loved this bed frame. Its very sturdy and I know it will last a long time. It was pretty simple to put together only took about 45 minutes!
