Doesn't hold the Zinus Queen size mattress very well. The mattress sinks between the frame

Would have been helpful if instructions would have been in the box !!! An hour job turned into 4 because of the try and retry process.

The bed frame arrived quickly in a small box. It took about 12 minutes to assemble after area was made clear. Easy to assemble. I Looked at the instructions a few times just to make sure all the hardware was in place. The only tool you’ll need is a box cutter. It come with all the necessary hardware and tools (which is basically an Allen wrench). Only con- the bed frame is a lot lower than the one it replaced. This making not possible to store taller boxes that where under the bed before. Pro: cost and assembly

The quality is top notch. The instructions were pictures that were very easy to follow in 8 steps. It was partially assembles making it even easier. The blister pack with hardware and tools was a great help. The return policy was clearly written but I can't imagine why anyone would return this item. It was refreshing to actually receive an item that was made so well and not of poor quality.

This bed frame was SO EASY to put together. No tools required, everything was labled and easy to put together. We just got it, so can't speak for longterm performance-but the materials seem very heavy duty.

I just purchased this item to go with a memory foam mattress. There is nothing in the description that it will work or will not work with a memory foam mattress. I am returning this because it doesn't work for what I need. I am sure this is a great and sturdy bed frame for a normal type of mattress.
