Very happy with this purchase. It is well made, goes together easy, even has the tools you need, and the extra legs for support is a definite plus.

This bed frame is very sturdy. It was easy to put together without the instructions. I didn't understand the instructions but was able to figure it out. All the screws was there and easy to fit the spots.

When I unpacked the box to set up this Zinus frame everything I needed to do the job was included. The frame instantly caught my attention as it was obviously a finer quality than the standard frames I'm used to seeing.There was a small, good quality ratchet wrench to tighten the bolts. Some bolts were already set in the frame to plainly mark which sections were to be adjusted for the bed size. And my favorite surprise was that all the other bolts and nuts were actually laid out and LABELED in a blister pack, so that I didn't have to guess which one I was supposed to use where. The instructions were clear (large concise drawings.) and were not too challenging to figure out. Last but not least, the company included a small set of complimentary blank note cards with envelopes. I am highly impressed with the workmanship and for such a reasonable price too!

Good quality bed frame that was fairly easy to put together. Would have been a little easier if there had been written directions instead of pictures. All in all we got it together and the bed looks great! After putting it together I ordered another just like it for my queen bed. I would recommend this frame to a friend.

Assembly was straight forward and it's nice they include a mini ratchet wrench to help with the assembly. I put it all together, attached it to the headboard and positioned it in place when I noticed one flaw in the design. The top and bottom cross bars are not securely attached to the main frame, they simply connect to the frame by inserting a small peg in the main H-frame into a hole in the cross bar. In other words the only thing securing the top and bottom cross bars to the H-frame are gravity and the weight of the bed. This is fine if everything remains in place. But I quickly found that if I need to re-position the bed even an inch or two, when lifting the bed and moving it the cross bar had a tendency to lose contact with the peg and either fall on its side or worse, lean over cockeyed just enough so that it's not carrying the full weight of the bed and isn't really noticeable because the leg is still somewhat upright. When I assembled the second frame I knew what to watch for, but I'm afraid a year from now if I (or someone else) moves the bed, the top and bottom cross bars may end up carrying very little weight. The good news is that, once assembled and correctly positioned this 9 legged frame made a huge difference over the 4 legged frame I was using. The bed is much more stable and firmer than it was. Take note - most newer mattresses now require a center supported frame to maintain their warranty, which is one reason I finally stepped up and bought this frame.

This is basically an inexpensive way to raise your bed off the floor, but without a really good quality boxspring, the mattress will sag through the large holes. It is useless without a boxspring (at least for my new Nectar mattress). I do like that you can attach a headboard to it. As long as you know what you're getting, for the price, it's workable.

Item was easily put together, however two of the legs were uneven about 1 1/2 inches above the others. Once put together, I was not going to ta Jb e apart to return.

In all my 46 years of life I have never seen a more ridiculously complicated set of bed rails to assemble. Normally the picture instructions are enough- especially for bed rails which have always been notoriously simple! Normally it takes no more than 5 minutes to lock them in place %26 WHAM you're done, but this frustrated me so badly that after 30 minutes I had to walk away from it and approach it again the next day. My second attempt still took another half hour of cussing and yelling %26 they're still not fully assembled. Also, they didn't send enough hardware, so I went to Home Depot to buy replacements- why don't they fit?! They're the right size but the wing nuts only go up about a 1/4" on the screw. It's like the nuts and screws they sent are special made for each other and no other brand will fit. The side poles aren't even- it's almost like they aren't from the same set. If I weren't desperate and in an emergency situation for these, I would've returned them yesterday. I'm sick over these. DO NOT BUY THEM.
