When I bought this product at the store inside it had a pack of hanging folders, which was great. I knew which brand to buy when I needed more folders. The ones I ordered and received did not come with folders; which I was very disappointed about; which means I now have to go to the store to buy some. For the price some folders should have been included and I'm disappointed.

Was disappointed with this purchase. The good thing I can say is it holds my file folders. The bad is the top does not close so if you put anything in there is spills out when you open the box. The box has a clasp on front to keep it closed but it does not. You can't pick it up by the handle because it just pops open, Not a good purchase at all.

Perfect box for the price. I was expecting it to be slightly taller to fit a regular sized binder in it, but if I lean the binder back it fits enough to lock the box.

Great idea, good storage. For me the big downfall was the label does not come off. You can pull off pieces, leaving layers of paper or glue. For my office needs I like to have a clean look, not paper and glue residue. Disappointed

This is a really good sized file box. It works quite well with hanging file folders and letter size materials. I like that it is stackable and doesn’t take up a lot of space.

I've been buying few storage box and I think this one is not made very well. the plastic is less sturdy and cheap looking. I don't recommend buying this product unless it's on sell.

Absolute Garbage!! My husband went to pick it up and the whole top broke off. His file went everywhere.

I'm not even going to rate this item I pulled it out of the box the handle broke off so I wouldn't recommend this item at all.

Latch breaks easily! This is my 2nd one within 2 years. Not good quality!
