[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Degree Solid brand for years. I am a very active parent outdoors and at work. My degree always held up, but sometimes left white marks on my clothes. I have been using the Secret Outlast gel brand for the last few weeks. The clean smell is very nice, but I find it lingers all day which can get to my nose. It goes on smoothly, and a little goes a long way. It mostly lasted when I worked up a sweat, but had a few times in which it did not. Of course, it never made white marks on my clothes. Also with gels, I do not like the fact that the gel moves in the container so if you are traveling, it gels up on whatever side it was laying and then you have to wait for it to settle down again level. Would I try it again? Yes. Would I recommend it? Yes. Overall I am satisfied.

After it dried I liked it better and felt like it helped me to feel fresh and clean. I will try this again I am not sure I will completely replace my usual deodorant but will definitely use this some.

However, I like to go into a purchase with an open mind in case I've found a hidden gem. So when I was asked to trial the new Secret Outlast Xtend Clear Gel deodorant, I jumped at the chance to give it a fair shake. And while it is an absolutely serviceable product worth purchasing, I didn't feel it lived up to it's biggest claim. Here's why: As a woman on-the-go, I expect a lot out of my deodorant. I expect it to control odor, keep sweat at bay, and not leave residue behind on my clothing. The Secret Outlast Xtend Clear Gel deodorant claims to control odor for up to 48 hours. However, I found that claim to be a bit lofty. For your typical day-to-day activities, or even a bit of light exercise, this deodorant works well to keep you feeling fresh. But if you are a power exerciser or you're a chronic sweater, then this deodorant will not be quite enough to keep you feeling spring clean, and it definitely doesn't last a full 48 hours. As far as dry time and residue are concerned, this deodorant is par for the course. It dries at a fairly average pace and your chances at getting residue on your clothes hinge upon you allowing the product to dry properly first. Overall, this is a perfectly fine deodorant and you can never go wrong with Secret brand products. And as long as you go into the purchase with average expectations and don't expect a miracle worker, then you'll be perfectly pleased with this product. Definitely still worth a purchase if you're in the market for a new deodorant even if it doesn't totally last for 48 hours!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Secret Outlast Sweat & Odor Completely Clean does its job. On the label it claims 48 hour protection, and that is the truth! If you are an active person who can really work up a sweat, then this will work for you. Here in east TN, it gets hot and humid. I got to test this deodorant in those exact conditions. The first day I tried it, I showered, applied the product, went for a walk, and then on to bed later. The next day was the day we go to the stables to volunteer. I didn't have time to shower so I just did a quick "swipe" with the Secret Outlast and hit the road. After four hours in the heat and humidity, I was dry and smelled fresh, still. What I like: This product does what it claims to. There is no doubt that it will keep you smelling fresh and you will stay dry. I have used different brands over the years and most have failed either by not keeping me dry or by not keeping away the funk! What I don't like: The scent is not something I would choose for a product that I am going to have on all day. It is almost fruity and flowery at the same time. It is a feminine scent, but a little too much for me. I don't think most women will mind, and might even find it pleasant. Would I buy it again? Yes. Would I use it ALL the time, no. I would use it in high stress or higher heat and activity situations, but because of the presence of aluminum and other chemicals I can't say honestly that I would use it every day.

What i liked the most is that it even lasted through my workouts, which I do at night. I would definitely buy this product again. I also think that the scent was very pleasant.

However, I have never been a fan of gel deodorant so that was the only downside. I stayed dry throughout the day working my fanny off and the scent even remained throughout the day! If you don't mind the feel of the clear gel, then you will like this deodorant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never been a fan of gel deodorant in the past so I never consider purchasing it when I'm picking up a new stick of deodorant. After using Secret Outlast Clear Gel I've become a little more open minded about using a gel for deodorant protection. The gel does dry quickly but only if you haven't applied too much! The first time I used Secret Outlast Clear Gel I applied too much and felt wet for a few minutes. The next time I applied it I discovered that you can turn the dial in reverse if you've twisted the bottom and gotten too much before applying. So with a little trial and error I figured out the perfect amount, and presto - fast-drying! The packaging is attractive and the gel has a fresh scent to it. I am doubtful that it lasted 48 hours but I would say it would last a good 12-18 hours before I felt like I needed to reapply. The hands down, best part of this product is that it's clear! No white marks on your clothing! I'm not sure yet if I would use Secret Outlast Clear Gel as an everyday deodorant but definitely when wearing sleeveless tops and dark clothing.

It's a brand that I trust, knowing that I won't have streaks on my clothes, it'll cut back the amount of sweating, and the scents are always light and cover any unpleasant smells. I thought there might be something better out there and tried a few different brands, but have to come back to Secret. There is nothing better out there! It dries fast, works all day, and doesn't leave white marks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't even give this product 1 star! I think this might be the worst deodorant ever! First of all the sample is pretty much a two time use. I received the outlast gel and when I put it on it was so wet and weird feeling. After about an hour and a half I noticed that the deodorant no longer was working. I wasn't sweating it just began to stink. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
