[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was nervous to try out a new deodorant because I have skin allergies, and deodorants usually irritate me for the first week or so of use while I get used to the product. That wasn't a problem at all with Secret Outlast Clear Gel Deodorant. I also found myself liking the smell a lot, even though it was pretty strong. I get whiffs of it throughout the day. I have noticed that it doesn't leave any marks on my clothes, and good wetness protection, even though I live in a very humid climate. The only reason I take off a star is that the smell starts to slightly sour at the end of the day. I think only I would notice it, but definitely not 48-hour odor protection. And I don't sweat or smell more than the average person. I would purchase again.

I recently joined the gym with the start of the new year and I am amazed to have no body odor after sweating for at least an hour. I am not embarrassed to work out next to someone in fear of having body odor. This miracle clear gel is amazing! It goes on smoothly and doesn't clump up. It doesn't smear on my clothes. It doesn't feel like a was like many other 24-48 hour deodorants. I am very happy to have received this deodorant for free from Secret. It keeps me dry, and stinky free for 48 hours!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received my sample of the Secret Outlast Clear Gel Deodorant, my first thought upon opening the package was, "Wow, this really smells clean and fresh!" I received a sample of the completely clean scent and find that is smells fresh without being overpowering; some deodorants are too floral or perfumy; this is not the case with this deodorant. I have never used a gel deodorant before so when first putting it on I had to get use to the feeling of the gel, which was cool and felt thicker than using a stick. When I put on my shirt, it did stick to my armpits and I was worried the deodorant would make a mark on my shirt. However, I was pleasantly surprised because the gel dried quickly leaving no white marks on my shirt or in my armpits. I have had my three year old ask me what the white "stuff" was on my armpit when using a stick. After a busy day of spending time in the warm climate outdoors with my son, doing housework and an hour workout that led to me dripping sweat, this deodorant still left me smelling just as fresh as when I first put it on. I have used other deodorants that I have had to reapply to keep the fresh scent or that would leave stains on my clothing. I am very impressed with this deodorant's ability to keep you fresh all day long, through strenuous, sweat inducing activities without the scent being too powerful and leaving no marks behind!

I have used this product during a normal 70 degree summer and have not been overly impressed. I feel like it works well from an odor protection standpoint, but not so much from a wetness standpoint. After trying the product, I think I will be sticking with Secret Clinical Strength.

Clear, dry, and no worries! I LOVE Secret Outlast. I have used Secret for several years and they have never let me down. Amazing product and works like a dream, whether you are working outside or just inside, this product will do the job and leave you free from worries!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having tried this product for several days my impression is that it is probably great for people who don't move around a whole lot, but maybe not so great for highly active people. The positives about this deodorant include the fact that it smells great and it doesn't leave annoying white marks on your clothes. It also dries quickly and doesn't feel quiet as sticky as some other gel deodorants. On the negative side, I found that by the end of the day I didn't feel as fresh as I typically do when using my other deodorant. I also found that it didn't hold up against my workout, and I needed to reapply it as soon as I left the gym. On the days I was less active it held up OK, but I really need something that lasts all day, no matter what I am getting in to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was amazed at the quality of the Secret Outlast Clear Gel Deodorant. I wanted to see if it really did stay clear all day. I hate white marks on my clothes, and guess what I didnt have any. I recieved the completely clean scent and its not too strong, its just right. I have usually had to re-apply deodorant some during the day but not with Secret Outlast Clear Gel Deodorant. My clothes doesnt look like my deodorant attacked them in the arm pit. I dont have sweat stains either which saves lots at laundry. This is longlasting has been able to stand up to my crazy hectic day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to get to try the Secret Outlast Xtend deodorant, because I love Secret and find it to be a reliable product. However, I typically choose an Invisible Solid version of their deodorants. In the past, I've found clear gels to feel too damp and moist (not great words OR feelings) and never get quite dry enough. I feel that the extra moisture is like just asking for a breeding ground for MORE moisture, bacteria, and odor. Unfortunately, though I joined the campaign quickly, only Clear Gel was left available to review, and only Completely Clean (different than my normal Powder Fresh preferred scent). I went into trying the Xtend Clear Gel with an open mind - perhaps great advances had been made in gel deodorants since I last tried them? Maybe one no longer has to stand around for several minutes unclothed, arms spread, hoping for things to dry out sufficiently before dressing? Unfortunately, my experience was that little has changed. I felt like it still took WAY longer for the gel deodorant to dry out enough for me to comfortably dress. I'm not a morning person and I prefer getting ready as quickly as possible, so the extra time alone for me to feel comfortable with a gel is not worth it. I would stick with Invisible Solid version of this (or any) deodorant, although that just may be personal preference. Further, I found little to differentiate the Xtend product from my typical Outlast product in terms of length of protection. Perhaps it's because I never feel like I'm completely dry to begin with using a gel, but I felt I had a lot more wetness and sooner in the day from the Xtend Clear Gel product versus my typical Outlast Invisible Solid. I wish I'd had a good chance to compare apples to apples with an Xtend Invisible Solid. Those negatives out of the way, I did enjoy the Completely Clean scent. I would try it again if they make it in my preferred Secret deodorant formulations. And even though there was wetness earlier in the day than what I usually use, it's still Secret, and still much better protection than many deodorants out there. If you prefer Gel deodorants, Xtend Clear Gel may be a great choice for you.
