[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really glad I got the chance to try this out, I had wondered how good it was and now I know :D It controlled by body odor which was great especially in this heat lol my only fault with this would be the wetness protection I couldn't tell it worked at all but then I'm a sweaty person in the summer lol It went on cool and smooth and did seem to dry very quickly, also another plus was no white marks on clothing, so yeah gets a high four star from me :D

The only drawback I don't like is the wet feeling you get when the gel is first applied to your arms. Once it dries it is long lasting and you never notice you have it on.

I sweat moderately because I work in a warehouse that gets extremely hot throughout the day, to my surprise this deodorant works as hard as I do. This Clear Gel Deodorant doesn't leave any residue behind and best of all it doesn't irritate my skin!

I sweat a lot so I need something strong that's going to last so after trying every regular deodorant out there I came to the realization that no ordinary deodorant would do, for the strength and protection I needed I had to buy the clinical strength deodorants which can be very damaging to my wallet. So when I received my free sample of Secret Outlast Xtend I wasn't expecting much, I even laughed at the statement that it would work for 48 hours. I figured I would give it a try and would be applying my clinical strength deodorant a few hours later when it failed like so many deodorants before it had. When I opened it up, I had to say I immediately fell in love with the smell, but I knew the main concern would be if it would continue smelling good and for how long. I applied the deodorant on, a very simple, easy to use application and hoped for the best. I was pleasantly surprised hours later that it was still holding good and strong where most all deodorants I tried before would have already failed. I went about my day and I did all the things I needed to do to finish my day and I didn’t stop and neither did my deodorant. I cannot believe that I actually found a deodorant that is strong enough to let me keep going through my day without having to worry about my underarm protection. I consider it just as great as my clinical protection at a fraction of the cost now while I received this deodorant for free I am definitely going to go out and buy the next one.

However, I like to go into a purchase with an open mind in case I've found a hidden gem. So when I was asked to trial the new Secret Outlast Xtend Clear Gel deodorant, I jumped at the chance to give it a fair shake. And while it is an absolutely serviceable product worth purchasing, I didn't feel it lived up to it's biggest claim. Here's why: As a woman on-the-go, I expect a lot out of my deodorant. I expect it to control odor, keep sweat at bay, and not leave residue behind on my clothing. The Secret Outlast Xtend Clear Gel deodorant claims to control odor for up to 48 hours. However, I found that claim to be a bit lofty. For your typical day-to-day activities, or even a bit of light exercise, this deodorant works well to keep you feeling fresh. But if you are a power exerciser or you're a chronic sweater, then this deodorant will not be quite enough to keep you feeling spring clean, and it definitely doesn't last a full 48 hours. As far as dry time and residue are concerned, this deodorant is par for the course. It dries at a fairly average pace and your chances at getting residue on your clothes hinge upon you allowing the product to dry properly first. Overall, this is a perfectly fine deodorant and you can never go wrong with Secret brand products. And as long as you go into the purchase with average expectations and don't expect a miracle worker, then you'll be perfectly pleased with this product. Definitely still worth a purchase if you're in the market for a new deodorant even if it doesn't totally last for 48 hours!

Especially at this time of year where you produce quite a bit of sweat, I was skeptical at first that I could really go 48 hours without re-applying the deodorant but as I soon found out, I really could! This not only helps me save money but it also provides the protection I need to go worry free for 48 hours. I was also impressed by the fact that it really doesn't leave those pesky white marks. Again this was something I was really skeptical about because I have bought "clear gel" deodorants before that claimed not to leave the mess, however, I was very disappointed in them. Secret Outlast Clear Gel Deodorant, however, has not disappointed me in any area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I originally got my stick of Secret Outlast Xtend Clear Gel, it was a pain to get started. I usually prefer solids for this reason...I spent about 5 minutes turning the bottom to get it up through. After I got it started, I haven't had any issues. I work for an online retailer in their warehouse, and was running the gift wrap line before Christmas (at 8 months pregnant!), and was sweating liked crazy working up a storm. It outlasted that. It outlasted our crazy move here within the last couple weeks. I wouldn't know about the truth of 48-hour odor protection because I shower twice a day and reapply every morning, but it has worked as I've needed it to!

It was 103 degrees at an event I was at and on Day 1 of trying this product, I decided that if it didn't workout for me I would not repurchase this item. I was so shocked when consumers would come up to me and ask me why I didn't have sweat under my arms through my shirt. I told them it was the 48 hour protection from Secret Outlast and I didn't even smell bad at all the whole trial time I had it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used clear gel deodorant, so I was looking forward to receiving my sample. When I received it, I opened it right away to try it out. The very first thing I noticed was the scent: Completely Clean. I thought it smelled a bit like men's deodorant. Then, when i twisted the bottom to make the deodorant rise, I wasn't too pleased as the deodorant wasn't evenly distributed. I tried evening it out myself by gently banging it on the counter, however that didn't do much good. When applied, it was very "wet", which is not what I'm used to when using my normal 24 hour Suave deodorant. It was an uncomfortable feeling, but after it dried, I couldn't tell it was there... except for the strong scent. I felt like I smelled like a man all day long. The deodorant did not leave any white marks from what I could tell, however I never really have an issue with white marks to begin with. It says it lasts 48 hours, so I put it to the test an walked many miles after wearing the deodorants for 9+ hours. I felt very "sticky" under my arms after my walk, which I do not get from my normal 24 hour Suave deodorant. Overall, this deodorant isn't the worst, but it isn't the best either. I will be sticking to my normal 24 hour Suave deodorant, which I trust.
