I had such high hopes for this product but was very disappointed. I'd definitely recommend this to someone who doesn't have a sensitive sense of smell. It's not even that the smell is particularly "bad" just strong. It would be pleasant enough if it were just milder.

The scent is pleasant and light and leaves you feeling fresh and extra clean.the Xtend 48hr protection really has stepped up the deodorant game

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a very scent driven person and tend to choose my beauty products, particularly deodorants based on smell. Apparently I have been missing out on superior protection, though. When I was sent a sample of Secret Outlast clear gel my habits immediately changed. While I was skeptical of a gel deodorant, it went on completely clear and dried really fast. My former favorite deodorant didn't necessarily leave white marks, but there was still more residue left than Secret Outlast. You do just have to get used to it going on a bit colder than usual deodorants. What really sold me, though was the outstanding protection. I am an active person and do a lot of horseback riding during the hot days of summer. By the end of my ride I found I was still protected and still smelled like deodorant, which is far better than the alternative! To get the same result with other deodorants I had to re-apply before and after rides. Secret even held up on a riding vacation this summer where I was out riding across mountains all day. While I do still like the scent of my other deodorant just a little better, the Secret Outlast gel smells pretty good and all of the benefits far outweigh any slight preference. I would definitely buy this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Summer in the South can be...heck pretty much. It's not only hot, the humidity is just unbelievable during the Summer and early Fall. So its no wonder that finding a good deodorant for the Summer is essential for living here in the South. I pretty much have made due with solid deodorants for many years now, having gave up on clear gel deodorants due to the reason that I was haunted by the white marks. But when I was given an opportunity to try out a Secret Clear Gel, I figured that I would give it a chance. And I'm so glad that I did! Now having dealt with clear gel in the past, I figured that I would have to wait a few minutes for the gel to dry fully but to my surprise it seemed to dry instantly! I am overjoyed at this! And the best part of all? No white marks! My shirts are saved; thus saving me money! I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the scent did not fade throughout the day, no matter how long I was out and about in the hot weather that lay outside my nice, cool house. The scent was nice and clean and not overpowering at all, though it did not last 48 hours; I'm not disappointed because I don't know about anyone else but I cannot go 48 hours without taking a shower, especially in this Southern heat. I recommend this product to pretty much anyone. I have learned that trying new things can open doors for new products to work their way through and I am going to continue to keep an open mind/door, cause you'll never know what might come in :-).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been trying to find a deodorant that worked for me throughout my 12 hour shifts at a hospital where I'm constantly running around. Once you out the deodorant on, you can put your shirt on within seconds and not get that dreaded white streak. After my 12 hour shift, I notice that I can still smell the deodorant on me and that I don't have to reapply to go to the gym afterwards! It's a fantastic product and I definitely will be buying this instead of my old one!

I always have use Secret brand since I started using deodorant, but always the solid or spray form. Cause I'm very sweaty so I always tolled myself I can't use the gel form it thinking it would wash off with the sweat. But I was wrong all this time, I'll recommend well I always recommend the secret brand for me is the best but now that I tried it in the gel form I'm sure that there's no better brand of deodorant out here. I hate having the white marks on my clothing because of my deodorant. Also I like that it is long lasting. I don't really ever skip a day when putting on deodorant, but I do sweat very heavily so odor still showing up even with deodorant and wetness is always a issue for me. It has kept me from having any odor or wetness and its smells great on its own. I am so grateful to have been given the opportunity to try this product in exchange for my review. I have now decided to switch my go to brand to Secret.

I have had white marks on clothes, the sweat smell and even the kind that does not last long at all but with secret clear gel and the 48 hold I must say that I am truly impressed and will continue to buy this product where as others may need something stronger. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I would first like to state that I personally use Secret Clear Gel Deodorant and love it. Now when I received my Secret Outlast Gel and it said it worked for 48 hours I was skeptical. I kept telling myself it might work for someone who wasn't as active as myself. So I put it to the test! That's what you should do when you review products ... push it to the breaking point. I showered before trying the product so I could time out my 48 hours. As I had stated I'm an active person. So on a Friday morning I glided on the smooth Secret Outlast Gel to start the test. I have to mention THE SMELL IS INCREDIBLE. I did my normal things like put in my 9 hour work day (which is nothing but running in and out of buildings, is was 86 degrees that day) Running my son around to sporting events (Basketball practice etc) and putting in my workout at the gym. That Saturday I headed out of town for a much needed weekend getaway with the man. He took me to a bunch of wineries and cherry vineyards. We were out side all day sweating and running around to fulfill our jam packed day. I never had to reapply the deodorant, It worked just as well the second day as it did the first. I love this product! Now for the things you wanna know. I wear black almost everyday and this product did not rub off. There was no white flaky residue, or an oily spot by my armpits. When I first put this on I had just got done shaving my armpits and yes I have sensitive skin. It didn't burn or give me bumps which is what usually happens with any product. The smell lasted the two days and then some. Its a light, clean, incredible smell. Even being as active as I was this product worked as well as it said it would and then some. I will continue to use this and continue to purchase. We are women, all of our 48 hours are epic. :)

But I don't have to deal with that nightmare anymore! Secret Outlast Xtend Clear Gel Deodorant takes away that worry. It goes on clear and stays clear. No white marks left on my clothing. And no white build up under why arms. And I have tried so many other deodorants, just to have to reapply it half way through my day, because the wetness was coming through or the odor protection was wearing off. But Secret Outlast Xtend, worked for at least 24 hours without every having to reapply. When applied, it felt a little wet and cold, but I kind of actually like the cool feeling. It felt refreshing. I can't wait to try the other scents that are available. I have finally found a deodorant that works and I can trust.
