[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I generally use solid deodorant sticks but my husband generally uses clear gel deodorants, so I was very interested in trying this Secret Outlast Sweat & Odor clear gel deodorant. I do love the scent of the gel deodorant. It does take getting use to applying gel which has the “wet” feeling and letting it dry as it creates a “barrier” almost on the underarms. I did notice less sweat on my underarms. Would say this was effective for sweat and odor, but wasn't life changing.

I’m also loving the gel consistency verses the normal solid deodorant I usually gravitate towards.. not to mention that it also lasts all day long! Overall, I couldn’t recommend it more.

The packaging is convenient, sturdy, and easy to use — the gel comes out evenly and doesn’t break or leave white marks. As for the ingredients, the formula with minerals and aluminum really works well against sweat, keeping me dry and fresh. In terms of effectiveness, this is one of the longest-lasting deodorants I’ve used — it really works up to 48–72 hours. The value is also good: it lasts a long time, and the results match the price. The only downside is the scent. It’s fresh, but way too strong for me. That’s why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. If the fragrance were a bit lighter, this would be the perfect deodorant.

I do wish the whole tube was full of product but it’s still a good amount. I typically buy clinical strength deodorant and I was surprised how effective this product is.
